Now, we move into a practice that combines mindfulness and tapping into your inner strength - Mindful or Orienting Tapping. This simple technique can be a game-changer, especially during the menopausal transition. It's about grounding yourself, tuning in, and centering yourself in a stressful moment.
When you do this, you can acknowledge your inner power, and feel calm, clear and confident in the face change.
So this week’s tool to help us recognize what we have to be grateful for around us and in ourselves is:

You know how as women, it’s inevitable - we all reach the point where we’re moving through or past menopause, and it can feel like another weight on top of everything else we manage? Now we have to figure this out too!
We can feel frustrated, confused, and self-judgey. Of course we can, we're tired, stressed, we might not feel good, and wondering about the direction our lives have taken and what it all means.
And on top of the other stressors in our lives, now there are those lovely hot flushes and brain fog and meno-belly and aches and pains and so much more, and it can go on for a long time - it's a lot to handle.
