I will do the same, but I hope what I watched recently on cable tv doesn’t forever whirl around in my head. I guess if I put my focus elsewhere, all other things will fade away.
The fastest most powerful way I know of to lay new channels of abundance, bypassing the old clogged pipes is to tithe 10% of all that flows in to my sources of spiritual growth, the people places and institutions that feed me spiritually 😊

I haven't watched news or politics in like 22 years. I watched it only once when i was 18 because i thought it was something adults do lol It didn't feel good so I never watched it again.
To each its own perpectives. I appreciate the gender fluidity..but i realize that men and women often at times do not understand but must be aware of their positions in the principals and order of the spiritual hierarchical standards of the Lord God Almighty. Otherwise you are self servicing in which you are honoring/ idolizing thyself. Glory be to the king of kings.
I see what you mean; What you're speaking about in my opinion is having discernment; ignoring "reality" is not to ignore common sense or your individual obstacles in your life- channeling out what is not necessary so that you can focus on how you embrace what's in front of you.
