I started journaling since last few months and it's been changing my perspective to look at problems and implementing my learnings after reading books.
I started journaling consistently since Jan and so far I have been enjoying this. It's just been a month but I have started to understand my emotion and pattern in how I feel with a lot of clarity which is helping me in gaining control over my day. And I feel like I am improving each day slowly.
Yes I have also started journaling and it's 5th day of my journaling...I always journal at night...but from tomorrow...I will start my day with journaling

I used to write journals when I was in school but as I grew up, I did not write as much as I used to neither did I try to connect with myself the way I used to. Back then, I used to just pick up the pen and write my thoughts about a certain event that affected me or something that inspired me but gradually I lost myself into the abyss of Cellphone addiction and wasting my time on useless crap. From the last few days, I have been thinking about getting back into the old routine, which I once followed. I was thinking how to start journaling and found your video. At first I honestly thought I won't get anything out of it as a few videos I watched before yours did not help much, but still decided to watch this video anyway and I'm glad I did! I will try to make a journal entry tonight, actually I used to do journalling some time ago then I started hating it and eventually stopped doing it because my entries were same everyday that I got bored writing similar things everyday

I have a bad memory or maybe i am just scared to perform whatever I learn in front of the world. My biggest insecurity is being dumb. I am not doing good mentally and I have issues with remembering or solving basic problems. I also want to learn things like banking,basic maths that helps in daily life( please don't judge me i am 20 but i have lost all of my memory of the things i learnt in school and i feel soo dumb for not being able to perform basic things and holding myself back and being scared of it) and basically everything that sounds important to me. I want to learn new skills and the basic things which makes me feel proud of myself. I made my new learning journal diary to keep the track of all the simple to complex things i can learn excluding studies i am doing right now. I searched in the internet if there are people who are like me and maybe some people make learning journal too but i guess i am the only one. Please peoplee give me more feedback so i can improve myself.

3:04 I always try to tell people that how different is my mindset, But they always ignores me and take my words as fun, That's why I stopped sharing my thoughts with people. And as results, I ended up being a silent introvert guy who don't talk so much, not even with my parents. So now I am an overthinker and ab jo bhi thoughts mere mind me aate he vo vahi khatam ho jate he😢

I use to write diary but I don't read books I want to start Journaling but I don't know what kind of books I should read Can you plz suggest me ??? And what is difference between writing diary and Journaling??
My problem is that my family looks at me in a judgy manner. They never talk good things about me. They keep giving me taunts directly or indirectly. Not a single member in my family loves me. I feel soo alone and don't know where is the key of all these problems.😅
Hey Asha! I would like to tell you that it's good you receive taunts from fam members. Always give focus on these taunts and do dairy writing on each taunt and ask your smart self what to do next , how to get out of it then surely you will get answer and then at end you will start enjoying yours own company and you will become confident. Take everything in positive attitude..

Please make an elaborated podcast on this and also suggest some good journaling apps which we can use, that gives us clues on what to write in our journal that make ourselves better. I guess most of our problems are addiction, may it be social media scrolling or smoking/drinking or watching bad content in the internet or oversleeping. This requires discipline and habit change to overcome and I'm sure the new technology will have solution that we are not aware of.
