Hi Martin I love capturing waves crashing but as you mentioned, you end up with hundreds of images to work through. I take way too many anyway 😂 I like the inclusion of a person. Thanks so much Paul, funnily enough the last shot I didn't even realise there was a person there till I took it, really enjoyed the day at the coast though, hope to do some more next year. Maybe talk a little less and observe the waves/weather a little bit more. During your continuous talk (6.45 min.) very nice waves were visible in the background and you were talking instead of finding a nice composition and/or taking photographs.
I appreciate that, unfortunately those are the things I have to deal with while creating video and taking photos, I assure you in-between talking I was observing and trying to find nice compositions, you only see a small glimpse in the videos of what I actually do.
