As the human resources business partner for Gas South, the largest retail natural gas provider across 14 states, Maharlia (Harli) Gawronski is an experienced HR professional who creates value by building community. In her role, she fosters positive employee relations, oversees workforce performance management, provides organizational consultations, manages onboarding and promotes leadership development. Outside of her professional goals, Harli is actively involved in bettering the community. She is the chair of the Northwest YMCA board, a member of the North Cobb Rotary Club, a mentor through the Cobb Chamber mentoring program and a member of United Way of Greater Atlanta African-American Partnership.
