I appreciate you so much!!! I have been learning poi off ur videos and a few others... its been such a joy for me... i used to be an aerialist and had to give that up due to health issues but flow has become my new love!!!

Just started after learning some things a few decades ago, could still do all the things I learned like weave and thread the needle… Never learned pendulums though, and split time pendulums seems like the hardest thing I’ve ever tried. 😂

First off thanks, such amazing content. I'm a week behind cos I only found you channel but I'm trying to catch up. I got my poi just before lockdown. My poor wee brain is struggling to take all this video in, in one day. "Shit just got real up in ere" You are an excellent teacher, very clear with no waffling. Your visuals are perfect.
