You don't need to hurt animals. do you need food? are you starving you also don't need guns any kind of guns. what you need is God guidance, forgiveness and direction. same thing apply for me and all of us.
Need need need need ha ha ha ha. He doesn't "need". That's exactly what is he countering(maybe you didn't watch other series)the mindset that you have.
God is so far above just need. If someone wants guns or wants to eat meat, that is their choice. God wants to provide you with whatever you want that is righteous.
