Nowdays is difficult to find silence when all around us is noise i love to run to eucharistic adoration for silence and love in the presence of the prince of peace our great healer Lord Jesus in adoration. He is in silence highly hear in my heart. Receiving healing from him in silence adoration as a refuge and as a remedy to the daily routine destructive noise.
I love to go to a silent adoration while our priest is having confessions but unfortunately some people insist on saying the Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet out loud during Adoration. People need silence to reflect prior to confession and after to complete their penances. I will join in these devotions prior to Mass but not during Adoration. I need silence to listen to God.
So sorry for the noise in our lives. Lord, help us to keep silence, interiorize and communicate in silence to what our Lord wants us to do. Help me be a true Prayer Warrior

What a powerful reflection for us esp living in this combative, noisy and wounded world. To achieve these 3 phases of silence, to simply live to a great stillness and allow an emptying of any worldly desire. I’ve read somewhere that silence is the loudest scream one can have to hear our interior ourselves. To create the environment from any clutter and cleanse ourselves from anything that shouldn’t be in us, only then , we can see what’s ahead to create what we need most for us but reconcile ourselves to our God who’s our only hope in this difficult times. Give me that peace, O Lord, that we so desire. Thank you, Fr Bing, for this dauntingly powerful reflection. God loves you and we do love you. God bless🙏

🌻 We can only hear God in the silence of our heart. We will not be able to hear God as He speaks to us in a whisper ......and not in a thunderous voice! If we are preoccupied with the events around us...the chaos,violence,injustice, loss of faith due to weak leadership and erroneous teachings of false shepherds of the Church....then , we will not have peace since our emotions of anger,helplessness,frustrations might overcome us. Yes Fr Bing....we need to maintain and keep our exterior......interior silence....that we may attain the virtue of creative silence infused with the wisdom of God. Thank you Fr Bing for the COR-CARE spirituality you have instilled in us. The 40 days of Prayer,Fasting,Good works will absolutely help in the mission of Christ...the salvation of souls ....for the greater glory of God!🌻
Thank you Father even before the pandemic my life had been silent. My son and my grandchildren being far away from me leading me to pray unceasingly: morning and evening prayers and ejaculatory prayers during the day. Not sure 🤔 if this is good even watching TV for 2-3 hours can be overwhelming. Hope this is okay. But I do agree to listen to the voice of God from him or through our guardian angel, the Blessed Mother and the saints silence is absolutely necessary.

Dear Fr Bing, this is my first time listening to your talk and I was so enlightened and enriched by your talk on “Silence.” It is certainly one of a powerful spiritual tool that we all can learn to seek more intimate relationship with God by listening more intently to Him through the silence of our heart. I will say that it is not easy to attain the three levels of silence that you taught us in the midst of a bustle and hustle world but with God’s grace and with a willing heart we will get there one day. Fr Bing, may God continue to pour His anointing upon you and empower you to be his zealous and effective instrument in drawing more and more people closer to God through your inspiring and insightful talks. The only place I find peace is Eucharistic Adoration. The problem is during mass after Holy Communion I prefer quiet no singing. I enjoy the presentation
