Storytelling is an amazing skill with broad application and potential for impact. Not just for entrepreneurs and companies, but people in general. It gets some coverage, but still seems rather overlooked by many. So I'm glad you're giving us this interview with Matthew Dicks.
Wow! It's a blessing that he was a teacher for such a long time. Based on this interview alone, it's obvious that he's the type of teacher that can truly inspire his students and change their lives. What a wonderful interview!! Thank you!
I loved Matthew's Storyworthy book - it transformed almost automatically how I try to tell stories (I''m not an expert but I'm enjoying the process a lot more because of him). This episode was valuable yet again on different levels. But my most precious takeaway here was Matthew's definition of success!
I learned a ton about storytelling just from 53:30 alone as I indeed yelled at my screen begging to know the reason (even though I’ve never even seen Wonder Woman)
He has a very strong understanding of telling stories. Excellent content. When he started to talk about white men this and white men that I was reminded that he was American.
This episode goes deep in story telling. How many of you would be happy if you have the detailed notes of the podcast so that after listening this podcast you can have and read the important stuff in 10 mins anytime you want. Let me know your response.
Great video, information and great interview, thanks. Although Not sure I would describe story telling as "the most important skill you'll ever learn" lol 😂
Best movies for father to watch with a daughter are Ghibli movies. Which all of them by the way, except for the last one, have girls as main characters!
