As the youngest I cannot relate. I know with most people it’s the youngest is the favourite, but in my family it is the middle. The oldest and I both agree that our parents love her more even though they pretend not to. Every parent has a favourite. And we don’t always get everything, in fact we have to wait decades for cool things our siblings get as soon as they come out. One time I (youngest sis) was arguing with middle sis over something my parents had NO IDEA about cause they just walked in and yet they start shouting my name without any freaking idea what the argument was about or whether I started it. She was never even mentioned. Of course I’m always wrong or lying because I’m the youngest. Hate it. And we are never taken seriously either which makes us so stressed out. Even when we are almost adults they treat us like infants, and to a certain extent that is ok. But when we ask them to stop then they need to back the frick off and treat us like adults! And making us do chores does not count as treating us like adults. They’re always saying “tHiS iS oUr HoUsE nOt YoUrS” so they can clean their own house. It’s not mine. I’d do anything just to be TALKED to like a regular human instead of as if I’m a little kid.
