I really don't understand how a women can string me along dump me mess with my mental health and I'm suppose to go no contact? Lol I broke NC after a month wen I realized I did everything right and she was the damaged one. And I tell u brothers the emotional weight off me was amazing. Literally the next day I felt 100% better why? Cuz the whole time I was thinking I lost a good women but after that phone call I realized she lost a good man.

So I decided that to get happy with myself after being friend zoned was get back to physically fit like I was when I was active duty. Laying in bed with her one night she was trying to paint it as for her. I had to let her know that no it was for me and only me. As a fact the next few months are about getting back to where I want to be physically.
