I'm from South Africa. We have something called loadshedding which is a planned power outage for 2-4 hours day, sometimes multiple times a day😑. What you need to get is a chargeable light so that you could at least see where you bump into😄
Lmao I was about to comment this! My town also has this special thing where they dont do maintenance so loadshedding will happen for the two hours and then we have to wait a hour+ for them to try to turn everything on again. During stage 6 just as everything was on again it all goes out for loadshedding again.
I was just about to comment this!! been sitting here for 2 hours already, 2 more to go. We are playing into the stereotype that South Africa is so backwards that we don't have electricity lmao
Huh, least you aren't here in NC! A few counties over the substations got shot up and an entire county was without power for around a week till they fixed it.
A tip: if you are ever in a power outage dont open your fridge or freezer. The cool air will stay in and stop things from spoiling and melting longer. Health department websites usually have infographics that will tell you how long this will save food
Meanwhile in South Africa: 🕯️👀🔦 That aside we are fully prepared for power outages. We got generators, UPS's, rechargeable lights, power banks, you name it. Well not everyone does but most have at least one or two of those things.
RU-vid is the best place to study, i mean hundreds of people with different techniques and teaching styles you can choose from that suits you.. usually i don't understand all my professors so personally for me it's THE BEST classroom 🙌🏻
If you like pumpkin stuff, you should try Target’s Good & Gather brand pumpkin pie ice cream! It’s even better than Ben & Jerry’s version and it’s only $2.75 (at least in my city it is)
Do you want before it gets dark? I guess it’s only dark. At least your power was out for so long at 3 AM since the beginning of the day like really early, mine was out a while ago until 3 AM and I went out at like 1 PM.
About 6 years ago my power whent out for 3 days and we had to share one bucket and light the house with candles anyway you could just do your homework in the day using NATURAL LIGHT or buy a BATTERY POWERED LIGHT.
