If one watches the video at 7:45 onwards, one sees a small male figure standing besides Lord Rama. That I think is "Agastya Rishi". He composed the world famous "Aditya Hridaya Stotram Mantra" and imparted this mantra and its knowledge to Lord Rama and also told him about the benefits of the mantra to Lord Rama in the battlefield. This mantra helped Lord Rama to overcome his tiredness and rejuvenate himself and gain strength to fight and defeat Ravana.

yes, people in Java & Bali still do these stone carvings as their profession, not as grand as the old temples tho. But today master builder use other material as well, such an example is the new presidential palace of Indonesia in Nusantara, designed and build by Balinese artist Nyoman Nuarta, using Garuda as our national symbol. Wait until its done, the president will celebrate the independence day there in 17 August 2024.
