To be fair, I think a major part of why Peter looks at Evynne that way is because she is his wife. Therefore, to try find a guy based on how Peter looks at Evynne may seem a bit counter-productive because you cannot be already married to a new guy.

The Prayer has been one of my favorite songs since I first heard it as a kid in "Quest for Camelot". Unfortunately I am apparently horribly picky and never liked a version other than the Celine Dion and Andre Bocelli version until now. This was absolutely breathtaking! I just melted into a puddle of goo, it was so beautiful. I would say I love this even more than the Dion/Bocelli one.

Nice. Bravo, bravi! Such a beautiful song for a duet. Loved the setting and the simplicity of just using the piano instead of more complex instrumentation. Evynne, you have very good tone and pitch. What I would call a 'pure voice', which can crank out some power. I'm a 58 year old opera singer (my hobby, not my vocation) and have been singing since high school (like for 44 years now) and if I may, can I offer two suggestions? First would be to work on making your passages longer. IOW, fewer breaths. In a couple of your videos, I noticed that you took a breath just before finishing a passage with only two words left! Make that one entire passage, instead of breaking it up with a breath. Next would be to make your in-breath silent. Relax the throat more and drop the back of your tongue while moving the front of your tongue slightly forward. Without singing, stand in front of the mirror and practice a silent inhalation. You'll be able to both hear and feel the diff! Finally, I really like how you hold off on adding vibrato on longer notes until the middle of the note. Too many singers just jump right into vibrato on longer notes. For me (and I've been singing for a long time), the real skill is when someone can start a note with pure tone, then slowly add vibrato. Also, see if you can moderate the speed of the vibrato while holding a note: start with a slow vibrato, then speed it up! Keep singing. You sound really, really good. Better in fact than the original people who sang the Disney songs (I'm being serious). I'm going to hit the Subscribe button, but I wish you all great success. For me, I knew I'd never make a living singing (I'm an IT Project Manager) but it's a fun hobby that has brought me joy for many years and will continue to do so in the years ahead! Toi, toi, toi!

I ran into this song, on Playbill and it caught my eye because it's one of my favorites and I am writing a romance novel where this is one of the songs, my heroine dances to, based on the all English rendition by Yolanda Adams and Donnie McClurkin. When I found your versions I was blown away by your versatility. Peter, I didn't know you had such great vocal range! Great job! Evynne, crystal clarity is you! In reading the Playbill blurb, I was wondering why Home Free's collaborations had not been mentioned, except possibly among the "and others." Your talented voices just blew Home Free right out of my mind for the moment (and that's hard to do). I love both versions and would be hard pressed to make a choice between the two.
