It’s me. I’m the purple person you are referring to … I can do a skittle in red-toned purples, cool-toned, periwinkle and dusty versions of the red and blue toned purples.
@@PolishedYogi Creams are mostly mainstream that I got at a wholesale site or on sale elsewhere. OPI, Morgan Taylor, a lot of Orly 5 on it sales. I have about 6 pinks, though. Maybe 7. I have the ILNP latest studio color purples for summer. I want those Holo Taco ones, though.
@@PolishedYogi I love Cirque’s Natcisse because neon pastels are my jam, and I have a sentimental favorite too: OPI’s Pamplona Purple. It is not the most interesting shade, but it was the first nail polishI ever bought!
These are all so pretty!!! I keep data on my polish usage because I'm an absolute nerd and purple is the one color I rarely use! My most worn purple is Lavender Syrup and Queens Curse by Holo Taco. I love admiring them but just...never reach for them weirdly.

Soso beautiful. I am all here for the mid- and darktoned purples. And likewise, talking of favorite colors purple is not the color that comes to my mind yet I have A LOT. And I also have more warmtoned purple creams than cool toned ones. I have the two purple Essie‘s of last and this years summe resp fall collection (sorry if I don‘t have the names available). And from LCL Vernis Wisteria and Zoya Petra and Danielle. And one sparkly number: Painted Polish Purple Rain (PPU 03/23) but STOPSTOPSTOP I could go on endlessy… again….

I love purple and wanted to wear Go Ginza this spring/summer but didn't get to it. Gosh Holo Taco Cereal Killer is beautiful! Purple skittle-mania would be fabulous! 💜

Hi! I am new to your channel and love it! 💕💕 I stopped wearing nail posh years ago because I wa so frustrated that the color would chip a mere two hours later! Even when I wore gloves to clean. But just a few months ago I learned about buffing, using dehydrator before the base and my polish has lasted longer! I used to loooove reds ( I still have and just used to look at because it wouldn’t last on my nails😅) my seven bottles of OPI reds and the few nudes I had. However, now I am into shimmers and I went insane during my first ever PPU and Hella Handmade hauls in September. I also bought Moon Cat Ghosts of Hecate and Moon Jelly and Sand Viper. I don’t know what types of polish Ghost of Hecate is but I LOVE that. I also just did a K BShimmer, Polished for Days, Kathleen & Co. Return of the LivingDead and Sweet and Sour Laquer the Land Before Time haul. I love I guess mostly, shimmery, ghostly (?) indie brands! Ahh! i'm a glitter/shimmer girl haha! sheer fine silvers and iridescent toppers on my fingernails, though i'm branching out into light pastel cremes and fancier indie finishes :) My default is a LA Colors Lush Lavender that i think has been discontinued, so im cherishing that bottle 😂 Project-panning an old bottle of OPI Ski Slope Sweetie on my toes!
Thank you for another great color collection video. I do not consider myself a purple person but I do find myself with several (many?) purples in my polish collection. I love a cool pastel lavender and blue leaning periwinkles and like you, tend away from red leaning purples. Except - I find myself really liking pink leaning orchid shades in the summer and the vampy red purples in the cooler months. Those two dusty purples from Olive Ave are perfect cozy fall shades and I have had my eye on Pebble for a while.

This was great. I’m going to watch your other color videos. You should get ILNP’s Lilac Bridges. It is jelly like but a shimmer with a gold shift. It’s like a fancy neutral. Also their color Drive In. It has a purple base but shifts to green or blue in different light. It’s amazing. I also have their Fairy Floss color, but I haven’t tried it yet. That one is purple with an orange shift. I feel like Zoya’s Lavender nail perfecter is similar to Cirque’s Lavender Sky. I ❤ purple!

Love purple and this series. I like the pastels for spring and summer and dusty for fall winter. Less for the bright or deep for me. Some favorites are Zoya Haruko, Olive Ave Lilac and Olive Ave Pebble. After seeing this comparison I might need Gaze. Can’t wait for pink, it must be coming soon.

I love purple! I gravitate towards purple leaning blurples, especially if there’s a blue shimmer. I love a good dusty pastel purple cream for spring too. It’s one of those colors that I want in every type of finish!
Purple is one of my favorite colors in general, I am definitely drawn to purple polishes! I tried to get the Dimensions nails color, it was always sold out, but I'm heading over there now to grab it!!

I'm like you though, I also like sheer colors that show vnl, even in the cooler months, I definitely have my eyes on the recent Starrily release, all those jellies! I've only seen one swatch video of them but they look like good formulas, have you seen them? What do you think?

Lavender Sky and their other pastel jellies/crellies make a great Easter egg skittle mani. And it feels more modern then the pastel cream I’ve used for that type of mani for years.
Hey Stefanie. I love taking screenshots of your colleges, but I wish they would include brands’ names as well as shades’ names. You could at least put HT for Holo Taco, MC for Mooncat, OA for Olive Ave, and so on. That would be very helpful in creating my wish list so I remember where to go for those specific shades. Hi Alexia! Aw i love that you take screenshots of my collages! And thank you for the feedback regarding the name, i have thought to include brands like I used to in some collages, but it gets harder the more photos i include since i want to keep it legible 😅 I can try to just add abbreviations on top of the names though, hopefully that wouldn’t get too confusing with some brand names but if anything I would also recommend to take a screenshot of the description since both brand and polish names are listed! But i’ll still try what you suggested for my Fav Pinks coming soon ☺️💕
Including the names of brands and polishes in the description is awesome, but because we take so many screenshots throughout the day the less screenshots is better for our phone storage ;) Using abbreviations for brands names shouldn’t be confusing for those who just watched your video and know exactly what brands you talked about. Hope this helps a little to clear up your doubts and thank you so much for considering my feedback. It means a lot that you listen and take notes. Makes me want to comment more. ❤

Red is my favorite color, but for some reason I have just as many (if not more) polishes in the purple family. Those dusty Olive Ave. shades are STUNNING (probably due to my brain being completely in fall color mode right now). Finally, as for Resting Witch Face, if it's a fave don't be shy about mentioning it wherever it's relevant!

I definitely notice myself gravitating towards purples because they are so versatile in the sense of depth as well as whenever I'm in a lighter kind of mood. It's kind of in the same boat as blues for me, where I know I'll love them, so I need to restrain myself to give other colors a chance. xD

I sadly missed out on I’m Live 🥲 so idk for sure but my best guess is that they’re really similar but not exact dupes, i think I’m Live is a touch darker with less blue
Beautiful cremes. They arent for me, I live for shimmers, holos, flakies, chromes, and so on. As a woman over 50, maybe it offsets the need to be super conservative in my clothes at work. I'm fortunate there's no nail code like there is a dress code. 😅 Great favorites videos!
There are some ridiculously pretty effect polishes in purple! These cremes are very lovely (and I have a few similar ones) but my favourites will always be the ones that have something more. For instance if Barry M's crystal rock Purple Agate polish is still sold where you are it's worth a look. It's a redder purple, a jelly formula with gold speckles that dry beautifully textured but looks as good with a thick glossy top coat to show off its full beautiful jelly look, and also with a layer or two of matte topcoat to make it more subtle and sophisticated looking. Most of my favourite purples in my collection are no longer sold, though currently essence has a lovely bluer purple semi-transparent shimmer polish named Give me space, and Catrice a semitransparent similar one named I kinda Lilac you that's slightly lighter. There are of course so many insanely pretty effect ones sold by indie polishes and companies like Holo Taco.

I wish i knew for sure, I missed out on I’m Live but i think that one is a little darker and more of a true purple whereas Hi-Score has a touch of blue in it.
