1929.....the film opens to the sound of a shunting yard, then the foundry, pretty much was done in house back then , engine casting and assembly and other mechanical assembly, then scenes of the press shop, road testing the chassis, right though to delivery of the cars.
The chassis erection shop, looks particularly primitive to me, although the film boasts that it's the best in Europe .
