Drew Carey (US host) has confirmed that Larry will be doing a segment during the upcoming season as part of the show's celebration of 40 years where foreign hosts will participate.
This show was the best back then especially the old school ones..I always used to watch it..wish they brought it back ..unlike the crap they play on tv now .😢😢😢👍👍😇😇😇🌟🌟🌟🔥🔥🔥

@pizzasubs The length of the show was increased to one hour in 2004 before it changed back to half an hour again before the show was unfortunately cancelled in 2005.
Cancelled. This spanned 7 years in it's initial run, (considering it ran over a 12 year period) on the "Nine Network" from 1993 - 1998, then in 2003 & 2005. Normally it's considered "cancelled" if a game show or TV show, lasts after 1 - 2 seasons, most likely to having poor ratings. Like Cash Bonanza (that starred Larry Edmur) or Shafted, that starred Red Symons. To be quiet honest, it actually had a better run on the Nine Network.

That setup for the clock game is just unreal, built into a castle theme. 2 for the Price of 1 game looks pretty much the same, Cliff Hangers they gave the guy a dog to travel with him and the music is totally different. Guess their version is only a half hour show instead of a full hour....very interesting how they do the showcases there.
Hey brad if the us version had the showcase like we play in Australia they would were used to putting them least expensive to most well we know the car will be at number 7 and if you were watching the 2012 version it was at number 6 but it was the same model car in every showcase I guess that's why it got cancelled for the 3rd time

Well what did you expect it was 2003 the better times if tpir in Australia and you had the driving force Larry and his wonderful announcer Shaun crosgrove he should of gone when it went to channel 7 maybe it could of kept its old format and not rely on cheap stuff from Big w!!!!!
I got to see Larry in real person...when he was doing a commercial at a shopping centre. I can say that the man is seriously handsome and such gentleman. He's lot handsome in real life than what he looks like on TV. This guy Larry, I like him.
well deal started in 2003 in primetime it was on 7:30pm every Sunday night it went for an hour at the time we got to play for 1 million dollars and the correct guess back then were worth $1000 not like now there worth $500 still not to shabby I was annoyed that when the rugby world cup was on after that they didn't put it on in Queensland untill the later part of 2004 then it was at 5:30pm everyday it came on after Wheel of fortune it got moved to 5pm in it's last few seasons from 2004 to 2006
