The Price is Right (October 27, 1995) 

I remember watching an episode Friday Nov 10, 1995 when school was closed (Veterans Day fell on a Saturday) and I was broken hearted that Holly wasn't there anymore. I came back to school the following Monday feel distraught over Holly's departure (I was in 6th Grade back then). Coincidentally, my radio station was playing "She's Gone" by Hall & Oates later that night made me think of Holly Hallstrom.

Without a doubt, one of the two saddest and heartbreaking days in "TPiR" history (the other being December 14, 2000 when Kathleen & Janice were unjustifiably let go) : '(

I like how that big guy at the beginning reinacted Fred Sanford's "Big One". That was hillarious. And to think that this particular show aired 4 years to the month after Redd Foxx passed away....from the REAL BIG ONE-ironically on his new sitcom on the same network as TPIR (CBS).

When you are 💯 percent sure on the first number, which guarantees you a second chance, the trick is to get the second one wrong the first round, then choose the right number for it in order to get another chance. It sure was Holly Hallstrom fault that the two other models and some of the crew was fired.
