I love watching these old Price is Right shows. I missed alot of them because I worked until 1988, then quit and stayed home with my kids. I probably watched them tho when I was home with my two little ones
It’s funny….i was born in 1973. My grandmother loved watching these shows, as did my mom. I used to watch these with them both sometimes when I was home in the summer. Grandma has been gone awhile, but my mom and I watched these reruns just the last several nights…I’m 50 and she’s 83 now. My wife doesn’t really get into this old stuff LOL.
I was eight yrs old that year,, but now I understand how great this game show really was..I miss bob bsrker,, but I'm happy for all the players who won n lost..because every tried their best..😁👍
And I'm sure we're doing this for David Downs, as I am still in shock that he passed away at a young age of 35 over the weekend. I'm sure he's seeing this now in heaven, but we will miss him with his TPIR uploads and his game show fun :(
Well…..that’s a complex question. The answer depends on your political leanings to some degree lol. But, I’d have to say that in general, we have gotten lazy and stupid and voted in the worst element we have ever seen, and unless people swallow their pride and start voting to oust the most ridiculous group of politicians ever, we will just continue this backslide.
when this episode aired i lived in an apartment in flushing queens new york and went to program at the birch early childhood center in jamaica queens new york.

@@justinbryant9419 It wasn't played at all on the original nighttime syndicated version even when Barker took over, likely because it was a weekly show, 30 minutes, and they didn't have time to play all the games. Although I do think they could have expanded it to at least two nights a week...
