Biggest WIN ever! 1. Proposed on one of the most viewed show ever 2. Won 1,000 dollars 3. Won showcase 4. Got the girl Plus the guy in the sound room gets a win too, for having that song ready at the end.
My God, I'm in total shock watching this. I didn't know about this episode. And all that happened as a result, that was just too amazing. Incredible. Thanks for sharing this!
This season, it's still $1,000 if you get the $1.00 in the first spin or combination of two spins. Then, in the bonus spin, it's $10,000 for a green section (5 or 15), $25,000 for the dollar.
Its moments like this making wish i met Bob Barker in person once The Price is Right will always be forever ❤️ and remember to have Bob Barker as the greatest host ever
aww thats so cute specially proposing on tv shows and it was extra special since he got the 100 right when proposing its like it was all planned out to get it on 100 even
@mrocks301 It's not an actual elevator. It was a recurring Showcase theme about a department store. The model would "ride" the elevator through the different floors of the store and show the contestant the prizes.
@mrocks301 - The theme of the showcase was an elevator going to various floors. I didn't see this episode but did see that type of showcase back during Bob's tenure. It's not used nowadays I think. Also, I think this is still the most dramatic and most epic $1 spin in the history of The Price Is Right.
I've gotten so many comments about this, it's amazing. When they mean elevator, they mean the Department Store showcase they used to do on the show. It's when a model was the elevator operator and took the audience through the Price is Right Department Store, with different prizes on the different floors.
What is the matter with you, man? Okay, I'll give that it's probably not the most romantic place to make a proposal, but you can't get much better timing than that guy did, getting the $1 on the big wheel RIGHT after he proposed. I, for one, compliment the man for having the guts to propose on live TV. Way to go, Michael. I hope you and Rosie have a wonderful life as a married couple, and I hope you'll never forget this memory, because I'm sure a lot of us won't.
I've read ALL the comments here... doesn't matter how silly it looked that the guy tried to balance the ring on his nose... it's still a really sweet moment! I sure *do* hope they're still together too!
