I’m a capitalist who believes people have the right to do whatever they want with their money. However I could never in good conscience spend hundreds of millions of dollars on anything. Not while there’s millions of people throughout the world who are dying from starvation and disease. I can understand why people would want a private jet. Flying commercial is such a pain. Especially if you have some work that you must be done somewhere. But there are private jets that are only a few million dollars. I hope these people remember that they will be held accountable for ever penny they spend.
Yeah private jet is a necessity and most business people would love to have one. Because time is money. But only the opulence is what strikes normal people.
If all the money concentrated in the very few holding all the wealth were redistributed, they say we could end world hunger, provide fresh drinking water for everyone and clean up the earth, but don't hold your breath on that one.

I prefer my own private aircraft. It only exists in my mind. I sit comfortably in my recliner tilted back to about 30* degrees with my eyes closed and music playing softly in the background. I then imagine lifting off and reaching cruising speed and altitude. Several stewardesses attending to my needs for refreshments and meals. We never experience turbulence or other bothersome things and we always arrive exactly when we intend to. Of course this makes my private aircraft the least expensive to maintain and fuel prices never bother me. I never need worry about crashing or being hijacked or running out of champagne on my flights. It really is the only way to fly especially if you aren’t actually going anywhere lol
Happiness is a state of mind. Two of the happiest people I ever met were a couple from South America who were totally in love with each other and happy even though they worked long hours and lived very close to the earth.

I knew some extremely rich people once. They had weird issues they obsessed about, like why Mommy invited Tom on safari with her and not me, or that Daddy bought me a car from a dealership and not a custom designed one. The guy I knew broke down in tears because I couldn't go out with him over the weekend because I had a long term school project to finish. Guess nobody ever says no to these folks.

The Linux operating system, which has been around longer than Windows, was given to the world for FREE. It costs nothing to download and use. Thousands of volunteers upgrade and maintain the operating systems. Gates sells the same defective products at high prices, making them obsolete and requiring virus scans up upgrade versions that billions of people have to sacrifice to pay for. How the hell much money does this man need, anyway? He could have made his products cheaper for the world after making himself a fortune, but the high prices continue. And tell me his "Giving Pledge Foundation" isn't just shell game to avoid paying taxes. Can anyone name a single charitable thing he has ever done? I mean something other than the name of a trust fund or fancy building that no one knows what goes on inside it.
