As a female crime scene investigator--a female dominated industry--the "women aren't in dangerous jobs thing made me giggle. We are. You just don't see us represented in movies so you have a skewed view of a lot of jobs. Case and point: almost half of FBI agents are women, and a third of CIA agents are women. Pearl needs to get off the computer and go outside and touch grass. Lot of women cops and plumbers where I live. But I guess being a wealthy girl, she doesn't know too many blue collar people.
