the problem with Lifeline mains... Apex Legends Season 10

The fact that you can clutch, grab banners, and rez all while being the kill leader and your teammate still has the gall to complain rather then throw out even a simple "nice" is crazy to me.

Loba: *manages to miss every bullet imaginable on the final few seconds* Teammate: *calls loba dogshit* This is apex people

I felt so bad for that Loba at the end. When I was learning this game I had so many moments like that, and oddly enough, I still do!

0:48 "oh yeah RagTagg throw the nade into the air at the FLYING valk..." 3 seconds later.... "Nevermind, carry on."

That loba with a sniper scope and 3x trying to aim at close range was painful to watch

Really liked the octane description: "His needs were simple; pings enemies, puts down jump pad, and off we go"

Despite not achieving the elusive win, the games were great and the commentary was outstanding as always! Take care.

I feel like I gotta point out that, if there's an enemy nearby, it is NOT a good idea to res, especially if the downed person isn't behind cover

Dropping the revive drone does a couple of other things besides easily reviving your teammates. 1. It calls the thirsty enemy who downed your teammate In the first place. 2. It slows lifeline to a crawl and puts her weapon away for far too long if there is an enemy nearby. Plus more often than not, your teammates don't crawl to cover while waiting on a revive.

That loba at the end probably had the hardest throw I've ever seen 😳

I never understand why lifeline players (except me cause I main her). They just never Rez. Also. I couldn’t have stayed chill when someone like THAT starts telling me how to play when they’re useless themselves.

I hate when people get on the mic and tell you how to play or to insult you on how you play. At that point your taking the fun out of the game for others. Pointers are nice but if I needed a coach to play I would have hired one lol Love the vid Mr. Tagg !

Fun fact, I started on this game as LL, but as you can see the dogshit ungrateful teammates push most of us AWAY from using Lifeline. Nowadays, Respawn can give me LL's heirloom and I still wouldn't pick her again.

I mained lifeline when I started and played her 30% of the time until her nerf. I still think taking her shield was too strong of a nerf cause you could play around it and it made the game interesting. I hope someday it'll be back and instead have different amounts of health dependant on her shield (purple shield, Res shield is purple etc).

Everyone is a coach in Apex lately because they watch YT videos. The amount of time I hear people yell, telling you how to play, calling you a clown(trending insult word nowadays), all when they contribute nothing. That Octane is a good example, goes in the fight, gets knocked and asking for a res while his team is in a fight and has the nerves, because he got some kills, to call his team dog shit at the end.

I love how the guy who died immediately is now telling you how to play the game. His ass would have been kicked back to the lobby if you hadn't handled that squad. I main Lifeline and I'm sick of teammates getting into bad spots where I can't res and then they finally turn on their mic to talk shit bc you weren't there to die with them apparently lol...

Playing a support character is not always easy. It's the role I prefer regardless of the game, but it can be tough and it is very possible you'll be spending a lot of time healing and trying to keep your teammates in the fight. I personally don't like reviving teammates in the open because they easily get killed. I know sometimes it can't be helped though. Also since her wall was taken away completely, as lifeline, you kind of have to use your body to suck up bullets (while strafing that is) because opponents will try to kill the person being revived. It's kind of why I like when teammates stay nearby just in case they need took be revived because if they get knocked there's a huge chance they'll get thirsted. I've also had lifeline players that will run right by me instead of reviving (it will be perfect timing because no one is nearby). I get why they can't do it sometimes because their weapon becomes unavailable once the revive button is pushed, but if it's safe to do so, I have no idea why some refuse to do so. It's the most annoying thing because she's the quickest reviver in the game

Ikr, even there are enemies nearby there really is almost no punishment for ressing in the open besides the fact they might get finished but that just allows u to use them as a distraction

Glad you realised the big slowdown and cooldown where you can't shoot after ressing. I main Lifeline but sometimes it would get me killed for no reason to revive or the res would never finish and therefore completely killing the teammate whilst you leave yourself vulnerable to damage. Sometimes ressing just isn't worth it.

As a lifeline main, there is no real struggle then when having teammates who expect you to not only revive when you’re getting shot at, but also never let you loot and want you to respawn before even getting ammo like god

I admit, as a Lifeline main, that I do forget my quick revive sometimes. The reason being: I just picked the game back up in Season 10 after not having played since Season 1. Lifeline used to just have the shield back then, so I sometimes still get stuck in that old mentality. It’s getting better, but I wonder if other Lifeline mains have that specific reason for this problem as well.

Well whenever I’m lifeline, my teammates instantly get finished because these enemy’s stick together and allow their teammate to perform a finisher.

As a lifeline main, I feel like I need to apologise. It sometimes seems to me that the primary reason for most under skilled players using her is to heal up constantly and forgetting the biggest advantage she has. If you random que with me Rag, you can be your highlands ass that I’d run through gunfire to get you back up. Or die, one of the two.

That is the worst, to watch a lifeline run past you without res and around a corner to literally die and throw the game.

0:18 yes i hate it too everytime when i play arena or BR lifeline never revive and i don't know why but when i play as lifeline my first duty is revive my teammates. I never say let me kill the enemy and then revive.

I love maining lifeline but anyone with braincells that plays her knows that you should only really rez when your teammates are out of enemy line of sight/hidden or if you rez in a the midst of a fire fight, you should try to at least defend the teammate being rezzed or engage the enemy to take pressure off. I'm no pro so in no way should anyone take my advice but this is just how I play her. I hope it helps some of ya'. 😌

I don't think I've ever played with an actual support Lifeline and that's why I play basically Lifeline everytime I play in Arenas. Having her makes a big reason a lot of times. That's basically why back in my TF2 days I played Medic. Finding the balance between risky revives, shooting and watching for squadmates' health is super fun for me. But yeah... people think we are their caretakers and complain when you don't do exactly what they want. I've complained to Lifeline's before but that's only because is my main and don't even try to act as support

This is why I always mute my team mates when I’m solo queuing. 90% of them are complete arses!

The issue as a lifeline main is teammates want to be rez'd in the open. With no shield they just get thirsted with ease now.

As a 4 season straight lifeline main with 5k kills, I do agree that it is incredibly annoying to see other lifelines who have been playing for over a year, but still seem to have no idea how to look straight, press square, stop abandoning your fricking teammates, man up and become a raging harmacist with the burning fury of a thousand medics tired of seeing their whole squad get downed without being able to do anything about it. Or in other words, I'm a good lifeline, so seeing other lifelines fail at literally holding a button for two seconds kinda pisses me off.

I feel you. I think Lifeline mains just don't have an E key or just refuse to acknowledge its existence.
