Bro i hate when they do Toxic emotes in battlegrounds games it just promotes humilliation and toxicity

what always sets me off to be honest is when I'm js playin the game and someone dash straight at me in a honest to god straight line and I block it and then they use a move that I block and then they run away and spam "block spammer" in chat. Like what?

Yeah today when I was paying I was 1v1ing a dude and I beat him normally 4 times in a row and on the fifth one I use a ult and HE HAS THE BALLS TO CALL ME A ULT SPAMMER?!?!

This is actually true. Like everytime I try to play the game a random person just dashes towards me as soon as I spawn in like, do you have anything better to do? And then they just do some combo and kill me and say : ''EASY SKILL ISSUE 🤓🤓🤓'' Like I just got here and I already am getting jumped by some random emo kid.

This is so true, i played a 2v2 game with my friends and the opponents were toxic. I said why is everyone in this game so toxic and they replied with bro its just a joke then they said cant take a joke. Basically they were saying that it is just a joke but then being even more toxic since i didn't know it was a joke.

Ngl im honestly done with sorcerer battlegrounds cuz the toxicness is way too out of hand. One time i got bored and wanted to check out the game and ended up getting jumped, spammed ez to at the same time, got called racial "things" and overall just changed my mindset of the bg community

the worst part is when you get jumped by all the top players in the server then when u try to 1v1 them they jump you and just keep killing you on sight for no reason and to top it all off you got people that farm you for kills when you just started and then mock you for being trash even tho they got 50k kills and 7000 hours on the game

I called someone a runner once in 1v1, the dude was playing hella passive and always back dashing away even though they were playing Yuji and already had their black flash up which made the match last for like an extra 5 mins

damn no mention of the goat, block spammer. love when it's my fault that they can't get past my defense but you're right; mentality is the main reason for toxicity in these games. the main audience these games pull in, anime fans, have most likely never picked up anything as competitive and complex as an actual fighting game, so their grasp of combat is easy-to-pick-up games where you can wash someone by just dashing real good and ignoring their blocks. most of these players don't play the game to be proud of their progress/actual skills, they play for the dopamine hit of beating someone else at something, while also lacking the emotional maturity to take their losses in stride. this isn't helped by developers enabling their behavior with emotes that they can use to further taunt their opponents and unbiased matchmaking, like you said granted im no big shot at the game i'm like a 300 kill 3rd grade and the most i've done is kill a bunch of special grades with 6000+ kills in 2v2s (kills are not an indicator of skill but rather playtime and dedication, i know)

As someone who loves TSGB and has been barely playing it, yes i agree with all of this. People always expect you to do what they want otherwise YOUR the criminal. Just playing the game correctly means your bad, your ez, your spamming, your running and they get all of their friends to jump you in main game. not to mention the toxic emotes just promote their toxicity and wonder why their games so toxic

"EZ" the fight was easy to win "RUNNER" the player runs to much, even when they dont have any cooldowns and are higher then half hp "SPAMMER" when the player commonly uses skills to much without even comboing, or relies on a skill to much to start a combo "TURTLE" when the player runs just to wait to attack when your chasing and vulnerable

Literally happened to me EVERY single game I played I just go to the dummy to get my activation first and then out of nowhere I get hit and they start beating me and stuff Then when I die they emote And whenever I respond to them they just say “Cry” “idc” “lol” stuff like that and some even say “it’s just a game” They acting like toxicity and video games are the same category its so stupid

Tbh I don’t really agree with much about this video, I am not a toxic player, however if someone else is being toxic to you, being toxic back is the better option, it’s so satisfying to be toxic to another toxic player. Also I feel as toxic emotes are fine for the game, it’s legit just an emote and it’s meant to spice up the game a bit. Frankly toxic emotes are apart of most games, and even without them, the game probably wouldn’t be any less toxic. yes the game is toxic but there’s really not much you can do to help about it. As you said, toxic players are toxic in order to boost their own ego, and their probably just a bunch of 7 year olds on their crusty ipad who doesn’t even care much anyways.

To be very honest, I actually hated toxicity. I ended up retaliating with more toxicity in other battleground games (mostly TSB). sure i'm a very toxic player and I do accuse people of running but like the people I do only play passive only counter attack to where if I do the exact same thing we will and it has gone for several minutes without either person landing a single hit because no one will push i'm not going to push when he's so far away that the only thing I can do is lunge and he'll just block it and get a full combo so now we're just both watching paint dry and it's so boring maybe i'm just too aggressive of a player I don't wait for my moves to come back I have equal value in my m1s as I do in my moves I will or at least try to apply constant pressure whether there's cooldowns or not I just don't want to have a single fight take up 30 minutes because the opponent only counter attacks and lately I understand why the lunge is garbage for opening people up now, wrap around the person to punish their block they just get knocked away and continue playing passive with no worry in the world
