So my software package expired at 10:00 last night, fantastic! Between the cost of software packages, the fact that you don't own anything anymore, and that there's basically no way to learn a software without paying for it is definitely the downside to subscription software packages available these days. I don't want to sound like an old man and say back in my day you used to be able to purchase a software package but it's true. If you bought 3D Studio Max 2015 he would get the box, the discs, and the license key forever. Makes me wish I kept a few of those from my old jobs.
If you have any questions please contact me or leave a message in the comments! I'd love to hear what you think about this issue, specifically if anybody has another take that is in Autodesk's corner. Like I said I think accessibility is really their only redeeming factor at this point. And it's not like I don't have blender installed on my machine, I just don't use it as much.
Anywho, that's my rant for today. You can check out my cartoons here: @barbaricmelons
