@@RGV2300 Nah, he's trying his best. Not everyone is born with strong arms nor does everyone has the previlege to train with the ideal time frame. And considering his weight and body shape, he can take all the time he needs.

저도 1년전에 플라잉요가를 시작했는데 너무 힘들고 너무 못하고 수업 시간 절반은 내내 서서 줄만 잡고 서 있었어요. 1년치를 등록한거라 목욕이라도 하자 싶어 꾸준히 다녔어요.이달로 11개월이 되었는데 샘이 저보고 엄청 늘었다며 칭찬을 ㅠㅠㅠ나이도 많아 눈이 띄는데 못하니까 더 눈에 띄고 자존심 상해 바로 그만 뒀다면 오늘이 없었겠죠. 뭐든 끝까지 해보는 게 정답같아요. 쥐똥만큼 늘어도 1년이 되니 고양이똥이상은 되니까요. 작년에 긴벌레님 첫영상보고 웃고 지나가서 잊고 있었는데 오늘 영상이 너무 반갑고 너무 멋집니다~
Guys you do realise it’s a fact he’s obese, if you check his bmi he’s easily obese. It’s not that hard to be obese, someone who usually looks quite fat to y’all with a top on would probably be obese on bmi. Y’all Americans just redifined it coz y’all blinded by seeing all these people stuff their faces with endless calories. Y’all think someone who is morbidly obese is only obese and someone who is clearly obese you think is fat. Half your country obese 😂. Get on the treadmill fatties I’m 6 foot 3 nearly got abs I’ll take all your women if you don’t buck up your ideas, life’s a competition fellas and this is me trying to help y’all out

와.. 역시 풀업이 냅다 본인무게(고중량)로 치는거라서 그런가 운동효과가 꽤 드라마틱한 느낌이네요. 저도 요즘 풀업 연습하고 있는데 일주일도 안 됐는데 손목도 꽤 강화되고 헬스장 가서 랫풀다운 하는데 기존에 치던 무게가 굉장히 쉬워지더라고요.. 맨몸 운동이 정말 좋다는걸 알게 됐습니다
