THE PROCESS OF MAKING ROSE OIL PERFUME

I want to share the process of extracting the Rose Oil from the rose flowers; that’s why I made this video.
Trivia:
- 10,000 - 15,000 Rose flowers are needed to produce 10ml rose oil perfume
- 10 ml Rose Oil costs 1,600.00 Saudi Riyals ($426.66)
- It takes a 5 - 8 hours process to produce the 10 ml rose oil.
To sum up the process of making the rose oil perfume:
1. Flower should be pick early morning, fresh and in bloom
2. From the garden it is brought directly to the processing area.
3. Weighing of flowers - the flowers are weighed to get a uniform weight of 8.8 kilos
8.8 Kilos is equivalent to 10 - 15 Thousand flowers depending on the size.
4. It is put inside the boiling vessel added with 20 liters of water
5. Boiling them until the water steam flows through the pipe for 5 - 8 hours until the vessel is drained with liquid in a continuous boiling.
6. The oil stays on top of the water surface flowed out from the pipe.
7. The oils are separated from the steam water using syringe
8. The oil produced from the 8.8 kilos of flowers is 10ml only. The oil is now the perfume raw ingredient; you can now use it as perfume.
9. The 10 ml rose oil cost $426.00, factory price. - The price varies depend on the pricing of the factory.
