Just before the pressure testing - that hole they drilled into the end of the cylindrical tank - how do they prevent a bit of metal shavings from the drill from entering the tank? If there was a point at which that was cleaned out they don't show it. It seems like it would be better to drill that hole prior to welding on the end cap but maybe I'm missing something.
