What are you on? I'm a fan of Kool Keith but all he contributed to this track was the vocals, he hardly 'made' the track - it was Mr L Howlett who put the magic together.
The Prodigy use samples, ie they take bits of other songs and use them in theirs, albeit with a bit of difference. if you see similarities between a Prodigy song and another one, it's quite likely that it will have been sampled.
prodigy are mediocre all the real music fans know who made this track and for those of you who don't look up dr. octagon or kool keith and learn from ure mistakes in life
