saw them in 94 at a festival in UK .. can't recall which..keith rolled on inside a big inflatable sphere... but about 10mins into the set with tthe tent heaving from back to front it all came to an abrupt end.... silence... then Liam comes on the mic and apologises at it seems that someone had stage dived into the amps and pulled cables out.. disappointing for sure but everyone in that tent understood,,,, because for those ten minutes we were all literally in it together.. and anyone of us could have in sheer exhuberation ....cheers Keith for the memorable moments...
in a very recent interview the prodigy claimed the fat of the land was an album made for commercial success and with their new album coming up they said they would bring rave sound back. regardless on whether it ewas made for commercial success, the fat of the land is one of the LEGENDARY HEAVY WEIGHT EDM AND ELECTRONIC ALBUMS OF ALL TIME, it doesnt matter if it was mean to be commercially successful or not, its their best work to this day i believe, even better than experience. the fat of the land takes your mind in places it never has been, its adrenaline, hardcore and nice melodies made it so good its unmatchable to very very few selected electronic albums ever made. narayan, mindfiels, breathe, smack my bitch up, my favorite songs, never get tired listening to them

Yeah, one of the best techno bands ever! I listen `´fat of the land` a few hundred times, but -diesel power- and -serial thrilla- are the best songs of this cd still good to hear after 15 y., the other songs are also top. Perhaps on their next cd there will be newly monumentmiles like this -diesel power 2- or -serial thrilla 2-. Fat of the land is best cd ever produced, it´s cult.
