ngl the 20- 5 Pomodoro is overrated, its much better (for me ) to set a portion or a chapter or lesson to study and work for how long it takes to finish that work , the flow state sets in almost instantly
The best thing about him is that he is literally soo natural about his habit and same for me I like simple methods instead of soo called productive Method ☺
i also wasted 4 - 5 months mastering Pomodoro, but Pomodoro is not at my level i found, conclusion - my level is much higher bhaiya, your flowtime video really changed my life
You are soo ryt doctor A , I m also a morning person , n after doing my bathroom schedule , n walk for around 15 - 20 min in terrace, I immediately eat something even it's leftover roti from last night . After eating something I immediately feel active n start studying Alhamdulillah ✨✨✨ Sometimes I drink coffee in afternoon to resist laziness... Everyone has their own mantra to enter in productivity mood. But the last part is great we are different and that's all. If I fail to copy the routine just try making a new one(own)
Thank you for the advice. I will try this too. My eyes feel tired after i wake up. So I also have started putting some ice pack over my eyes just after brushing. Been 2-3 days. Let's see how it goes. It's all about experimenting what works the best.

Well, caffeine in the coffee helps to keep you awake, coz it's impacting our sleep cycle... But once our body had metabolized caffeine, then you gonna feel sleepy after having caffeine containing coffee/tea !!

You should try eating fruits instead of biscuits. They will provide you not only with energy but also with nutrition. Eat easy to eat fruits sweet fruits like bananas or guava

Is there any prblm if i sleep at 2 o clock at night...i am 18.. And i also fullfil 7/8 Hours of sleep...but is there any prblem if i sleep at 2 AM. Or 3 Am?
@@guitarchronicle did you try it only once?, or are there other suggestions you got and tried only ones? For example initially I hated studying in night but due to pressure and my desire to become a doctor I studied and after about 2 weeks it start to feel natural So consistency is a key, you have force yourself to study even when you hate it eventually you will get used to it, it depends on your will power but you can make it a little easy by some hacks, like cool temperature, or listening to motivational song or other energetic song right before studying and other hacks
@@randombully3798 Ya the basic thing is if we are interested in doing then there is no need of such kind of thing but studying is bit more stressful task and the result takes lot more time to come..
