Meryl's sounds so much more narcissistic, so the comedic moments just hit harder imo ahah (But Dee Dee would not exist the way we know her without Beth)

Meryl is better in my opinion. I like her notes better. Shes more flat, and beth is more shakey. I like the flat better but thats just my opinion

Something I think we can all agree about movie musical adaptations is that they really make the instrumental go bigger which i really like 👍

I love Meryl Streep but I loved Beth's version like 0.1% more, still they were but wonderful and I loved it! But obviously in the hole the brodway "The Prom" was better than the movie for me

Listening to them I love them both. Watching the film Meryl acts the song much more to the characters narcisscism. Little nuances in the face and voice.
