Mr. Shadetree, I am here to help. You do not have to learn how to weld plastics. A little 3M adhesion promoter and 8115 Automix Adhesive will take care of those broken plastics. If you are in a big hurry, 3M 4240 will speed things up. You have to move fast with it, because you'll have about 50 second work time. The 8115, enjoy some of your favorite beverage because it will give you plenty of distraction time. If you are wondering, I am one of those auto body guys above the Mason Dixon Line. I've been using Milwaukee M12 & m18 tools on the job daily for years without trouble, only problems I've had were when using aftermarket batteries. Not that they are perfect, none are, but I'm happy with mine. Enjoying the videos as always, stay weird!

No its not. Dont buy any of there 12v garbage. 18v for Milwaukee or 20 to 60 for dewalt. Have a tool box full of both. Sell like 4 or 5 different size ah batteries in those voltage. Not need for those silly around house 12v. Having used or owmed both brushed and brushless version of most every common tool they both make. Buy dewalt. Wait no the 12v inspection camera is good lol
@@dormantmenace 3/8 12v is 300 foot pounds. More than Enough for most anything when you are working on a motorcycle. I use my M18 when I am working on heavier stuff.
lol dude the reason that Milwaukee sux is because it’s a 12V. That’s not really made for what you’re using it for. Needs to get you the 18V brah. I got bunch of the 18V and have used them professionally for years. They are dope trust me. We always make fun of the guys with the 12V, it’s like bringing rubber knife to a gun show 😆
I was just working on my bass boat yesterday. Pulled the carb and got then all cleaned out. Running like a champ now. Headed to the lake this weekend for the annual family campout here in southern Illinois.

when you pull the battery out of the milwaukee look at the pins on the battery, one of them mite be bent in too much and isn't making contact. I've had that problem with my 12volt milwaukee batteries. I'm glad to see the v65 back in the picture 😊
The Harbor Freight plastic welder and stainless steel mesh off Amazon has been a lifesaver working on older plastic. For any of the old ripped grommets or other pieces that just need stuck back together, 3M PR40 Is some amazing stuff, just make sure whatever you put it on is where you want it or you’ll have to break the part again.
The Cussler audiobooks (and Dale Brown) are from the original "books on tape" era. The readers were monotone and had zero inflection. Almost anything read by Wil Wheaton or RC Bray is amazing (the expeditionary force novels are right up your alley (space soldiers))
Huh! Random Small World moment: My wife's father, Zeff Loria, was mentioned in Clive Cussler's The Sea Hunters. I only met Zeff once, as he and my wife were NOT close. But during that one meeting, he did mention knowing Cussler. I haven't actually read any of Cussler's work, I'm afraid, but I find it interesting that you mentioned it. As far as other authors with while I have ties of some sort, I met Berke Breathed when I was in grade school, before he moved away from Iowa City, and he made a drawing of Oliver for me, which I still have. At the time, I lived on the same block as the Linsay House, which was the real life model for the Bloom Boarding House. Also around the same time, I was neighbors with eventual authors Ann Patchett and Lucy Grealy, both of whom were very kind to me. They were both only in college at the time, living in the other half of a crappy duplex, but both went on to be quite successful writers. Lucy sadly passed over 20 years ago.
Sorry that was not the drain plug. Drain plug is on the bottom and uses a 17mm wrench or socket. Also you don’t have to pull the lower cowl when using the flat oil filter wrench that slips in just behind the cowl up to the filter. And on the boat fuel tank the fill cap has a vent screw that needs to be opened when in use or it will prevent fuel from flowing.

I owned a Honda Sabre V45 with the Hondaline fairing in the 1980s. It was fast. I can't imagine the V65. I once rode it from Fayetteville, North Carolina to Denver, Colorado and back over a Thanksgiving weekend. It was worth it. There was a girl in Denver. Teal is my lucky color so I'm all in on buying Forgotten Angels raffle tickets.

I kinda think you installed that bimini top backward. I thought the straps were supposed to attach toward the front of the boat. That way, when you disconnect them from the anchor points, the frame folds back and lies flat on the rear of the boat, just in front of the outboard. Of course, this is but a tiny detail in the dark underworld of Brap Star.
I just threw a Milwaukee and a bauer hobo freight drill into the target practice box. My Milwaukee was exactly the same one, it was a tool that always pissed me off until I had it. That hobo freight impact driver was also garbage and lasted as long as the milwaukee. DeWalt all the way baby.
Im a professional tech and use milwaukee tools daily. Well not right now. Went down on my superglide 3 weeks ago and i wont be walking for 6 months much less working. But only complaint about mikwaukee is the m12 battery keepers like to break. But i also use all the fuel line of tools.
