Nigerians, are you not TIRED of the food crises and hardship?! Only Nigerians can rescue Nigeria! Rise Up and let us demand what is RIGHTFULLY ours. Nigerian belongs to ALL of us!!!!✊🏾 #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria
Tinubu spearheaded protest against President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in 2012 without restrictions or roadblocks. Today he's kicking against peaceful "hunger protest" and manipulating the police and military against hungry Nigerians. The police who will attack peaceful protesters are not buying from different market and are not doing well for themselves. We're all affected in this economic crisis. Ali Ndume christen this government few weeks ago "kleptocrat and kakistocrat" we're seeing it before our eyes and the government want us to disbelieve what we see before us
Pa Bode George, This is my first time of listening to you closely. You are a gift to the people of Nigeria. You sound very reasonable and down to earth. May GOD add to your days and bless you immensely. Amen!
Government can not threaten people. It’s the people rights to protest. Thiefnubu did it before during the Jonathan regime. If government starts anything, the youths will respond. So, allow them to express themselves
TINUBU was the ring leader in 2012 protest against president GoodLuck Jonathan government. Why is afraid of this protest why calling the security agencies to stop the protests. TINUBU you aught to know that what goes around comes around what you did to GoodLuck Jonathan in 2012 is coming back.
if I were Mr tinibu.... I wud have spoken long ago to calm tempers down .. probably this protest wouldn't have come on... but d man been unfair to his citizens....... in Ghana our political parties are very fast..... been npp or ndc....... they wud😂😂😂😂 cool u right now.....
Bode George you are speaking the truth but Tinubu dont have time to speak to the people lf Nigerians rather than the president to come out and speak to the people he sends representatives which blind fold everything. Nigerians transparency and equality
Part of democratic activity is for people to react and that is the beauty of protest.. People protest worldwide., a form of referendum on performance and governance.
As soon as Tinubu "assumed" office, he declared state of emergency on Agriculture. Learned C.J, please explain to us unlearned Nigerians what "state of emergency" meant; otherwise we will be made to believe that "state of emergency on Agriculture" means importation of food 😮
The Government should let the Nigerian protesters be. The ENDSARS protests were peaceful until the Governments poked in. Afterall, those in government today protested against President Jonathan in 2012. Why are they deploying everything in their arsenal to stop or threaten the protesters? The military that should be getting rid of boko haram terrorists and bandits are busy issuing threats to innocent Nigerian protesters. This is just ridiculous. The Nigeria Police is the security that should be involved and not the military. Even it there is a problem why use live ammunition on innocent Nigerian protesters? Why? Let's stop all this backwardness in approach to things. Nigeria belongs to all of us and the President and every other politician is the servant of Nigerians and not vice versa. They must recognise that and their positions to Nigerians and not our lords as they are making it look.
Please, Nigerians voted wisely because nobody that experienced Buhari's 8 disastrous years would open his/her eyes and vote APC again when that opportunity came in 2023. But it was manipulated by INEC Chairman and the Justices of the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Nigerians are politically wise.
Oga, we the igbos will not be part of the protest. Enough of playing with our emotions. If other tribes feels they are hungry, the should go ahead. No boko Haramist is on trial, Sunday Igboho has ben discharged and aquited yet Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is still incarcerated.
Oga Bode is a yoruba man. A little to the right; a little to the left. Is he still in Nigeria? I remember him saying he Will relocate to anothet country if Tinubu emerges as President.
Oga Bode foresaw this hunger and bad governance before it is manifesting now. Manipulation of the nigerians now will never succeed because the people have been pushed to the wall. Tinubu should reap whatever he has sowed. Are you not the one who led prostest against Jonathan? This is the harvest time of the corn you planted.
Oga, have you relocated to Ghana as you said you gonna do if Tunibu wins or are you still in Nigeria? Are you speaking from Ghana? Please I would like to know.
What I found funny is that Igbos that were initially boasting that Igbos are enjoying drinking hero beer when others are facing hardship, are now the ones planning protest. It reminds me of the saying: pride goes before a fall. I just hope they are planning to travel to South East to protest otherwise ready for Biafra War part 2
I agree with Elder Bode George's stance on the importance of peaceful demonstrations as a viable means of expressing citizens' concerns to those in authority. However, my findings suggest that the upcoming protest is politically motivated by disgruntled politicians, which raises questions about its justification at this time. Despite economic challenges, the current government under President Tinubu is taking concrete steps to address them, such as SME support programs, measures to combat inflation, and efforts to stabilize the exchange rate. I urge fellow Nigerians to reconsider the planned protest, as it may worsen economic harm and hinder progress. Instead, let's recognize the government's efforts to tackle our economic challenges and work together to support their initiatives and find constructive solutions to our problems.
There is no need bickering and protesting. It is a social contract you signed with the politicians, the last government didn't make you happy then you got the chance to vote them out but you refused and mago mago and insistedly voted the same party in so then wait till 2027 what are you striking just last year you voted them in. Bear the brunt then and blame you.
Mr Olabode still leaving in Nigeria? If yes why because you told us if Tinubu win election you are going to relocate from Nigeria and you are still talking nonsense elderly people should stand by their word's
