I appreciate your guidance on which benefits actually have evidence. I like Shrub drinks (lots of flavors) - mix with club soda on ice before dinner.

I eat soo healthily everyday for last 10 months but.... Paleaseeee come move in with me n regulate (everything) I eat😂

I have been taking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in 20 oz of water a day usually in the morning w/o food but this sounds like I should drink it with my meals I do make my own salad dressings and eat a salad everyday but have been drinking this as well. Thoughts?

I drink 1 tbs vinegar w Mother’s in 8 oz water every morning on empty stomach. Is this ok?

Really good, particularly during intermittent fasting or before a meal to improve blood glucose levels and enhance digestion. It can also curb hunger. Just drink it through a straw to protect your teeth or rinse your mouth with water after consumption
