The Psychology Behind Being a Great Leader 

This session will deep dive into what it means to be a great leader and looking at the psychology behind it. The panel will look at who a range of areas which include: Emotional Intelligence (understanding people's feelings and recognising their emotional state of mind), being passionate about your job and inspiring others, balancing autonomy and accountability with staff and using your personal experience and incorporating it into your management style.
