On point! As a chronic pain/chronic illness sufferer- I totally can relate! It’s been 10 years and I just now have the mental capacity to understand the psychological aspects!
What a great presentation. He really highlights so many important aspects of trying to deal with ME/CFS. I wish this had been available to me years ago.
ME/CFS, how in the world could you ever help anyone understand this, unless they have it.........To others it "appears" that you don't look sick....you appear "lazy" or "crazy"...... loss of health, loss of ability, loss of independence........ It is hard to accept, it is hard not to be frustrated and angry, it is hard to grieve the loss of yourself and how you use to be and function. Of course it produces anxiety and depression.......
Im so tired of people like you. Constantly forcing mental illnesses on physical ones, do you know how damaging that is for those who are coping with ME ? There is a difference being sad for a reason occasionally and depression.
@@ThornyRoseV Hi Rose, I'm not sure you understood what K Size was saying. I got from that post that they understand what we are going through and could possibly have this themselves. Sometimes we read things quickly and perhaps not get the gist of what someone is saying. Strength and hope to you.
