Mike Mil they're definitely not ending don't worry! he was explaining what happened on their last tour, like the one they did before, and they're putting out an original full album this year!

Does anyone else prefer the old PTXperience? I feel like in the old one we got to see them be themselves more and this is like 80% interviews...

Less than 3 minutes in Kevin explains that they don't have any days off on this tour. They're either performing or arranging. No time for camera sillies, no time for little tours wherever they're playing that night. Really, am I the only one who noticed them say WE ARE REALLY BUSY??

Lol I did like the old PTXperience because of the longer videos and more "realness", but like Melissa said, they're all super busy this tour, so even if the videos were longer and the cameras followed them around more, they would just have to end up cutting those shots out anyways since they can't really show off any new arrangements, and every single day they're constantly either performing, arranging, writing, eating, or sleeping. Not much to show other than a few life clips here and there and interviews.

I don't quiiiiiiiite agree with Mellissa & the other comment! 😉 It's because they have time to consistently snapchat, vine every now & then, browse and post on the web their favorite things they spend time looking at and looking up {which, actually, is more personal & might take AWAY time😊but), and shopping with a bit of fun goofing off [like we saw them do for their just recent trip/tour stop in NYC] and occasionally (which just Might be a slight strain to do) do SuperFruit! But with this, PTXperience, they themselves don't have to edit!! And with someone else doing the editing, I do think they, or, well, whoever's filming does have time to capture the more fun, personal, goofy, down-to-earth sides and more "personality filled" moments of them! Because as long as we can prefer them somewhere else, , it's being done, they do have some fun & it's BEING CAPTURED in those bits… so it CaN be done HeRe *I* think! 😄 So I think the footage is purposely shot & edited like this, because they, or more, the industry perhaps want it like this and see it as them moving up and "needing" it! I really don't know!

I did like the old one, but I like the newer one, too. It shows how much they've grown in just a year. Also, the interviews were also included in their documentary (well, parts of them), so that's why it all seems more professional. :)

Please, PTX, don't get me wrong... I LOVE that you're doing these, and I appreciate anything you give us. But... they're way over-produced. What made the ones last year so great was that it felt like like YOU. These feel like they could be literally any band. Nearly all of your personality is stripped out. :( The real PTXperience is Scott's Snapchat, honestly. Edit: I still feel like I'm coming off ungrateful, and I hope I'm not. I know that PTX pays real money out of their pocket for these and I totally appreciate it. That's why I want them to get their money's worth, so that they fulfill their purpose! We know from Scott's snapchat that there are plenty of fun PTX moments, and since Scott is actually showing it, they must be okay with people seeing behind-the-scenes.

the whole episode should be like the last seconds of this video imo the ppl who are responsible for the new PTXperience should rlly take into consideration what fans have been saying about this. Theres no feeling of connection while watching this. Also, someone tell the cameraman who travels and hangs out with them to do his job and capture the good, fun moments, for example the ones we get to see on their snapchats for like 6 seconds. Save this material for a full on documentary or something

While you make very good points and I and many others respect your opinion, let's think about it. Just the fact that they are even finding time to give their fans aka. us this while finding time to arrange, do Sup3rfruit, and perform mind blowing concerts is just amazing. Yes the old PTXperience did give us insight as to they are as individuals and there was a connection with the fans. But, shouldn't we appreciate more that they are even giving us a 3 minute look at what they do on the road? As for the production, hey I'm happy they took the time to make it look nice and professional.

I actually loving it. Whoever is recording and arranging these videos is working really hard because the quality is great. For us long time fans it might seem superficial, but with PTX getting a lot of new attention and starting to gain momentum they really need to present themselves professionally to these massive amounts of new people. They're not the nobody group recording with an iPad anymore. I am so proud of how far they've come.

This one time, I saw Pentatonix just walking around. And I was like "wait a sec, is that actually them?!?!" I saw mitches face and I was like, "omg..... it's them" but it was to late, I had to go and I told my mom and she said "it's probably someone else." And she forced me in the car. I was balling my eyes out, I really wanted to talk to them, and take a picture like everyone else was doing, I was crying sooo much......I WAS SO SAD!

I love that you guys are moving into more original music, you guys have an ability to arrange things so well and every time I listen to PTX I just want to hear what more PTX music sounds like. Covers got you where you are, but making your own mark on music is going to push you so much more where you want to get to. I started out as just a K.O. Fan due to his performing with Gungor, and watching his vids brought me to discovering Pentatonix, I love that you guys are in awe of where you are at and are so appreciative of your fans and the blessing you have to live your dream.

Oh my gosh, they talked about the Orem, UT show! I'M DYING!!! I was there and it was AMAZING. I can't believe they said so many sweet things about it, man I'm on the moon right now. And a side note, I knew Kirstie was sick! No one believed me... Anyway I hope she's better by now (: The whole phone flashlight moment when the band was singing Standing By is probably one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had. It was absolutely gorgeous and flawless and oh my gosh, the feels. Okay I'm going to wrap up this rant now, haha. I LOVE YOU, PTX! Okayy now I'm done. P.S. Mitch

*THIS is the caliber of audience PTX deserves!* Brought tears to my eyes, for realz! Oh to be a fly on the wall in that hella cool mobile studio...or better yet...a tech...(ahem hey I'm available lol). Dear Kirstie: take care of your beautiful little self and that gorgeous voice!!! I worry so much , I really do...gonna find out how to send care packages to each tour city (throat medz, herbal teas, dippin dots lol...flowers). Seriously. PTX plz take care of her, and yourselves. Touring will eat you up if you let it.

I'm so proud of them because they work so hard (and you can tell), write and produce their own songs and arrangements, while on their tour. That's a lot of work (exhausting too) but they are doing a great job with it. They are trailblazers!!
