Watching this and remembering all of the catastrophic adversity that has been thrown Calum’s way. Bicep tear, quad tear, re-tear of the bicep. Loss of his beloved paw companion Rexx, substance struggle, the loss of his brother and finally the fall from the 2nd story building. To see him here with his physical and spiritual battle scars is truly moving. To see he has returned to his roots in the gym and is doing what many would believe is impossible. What lesson can we all learn from this? No matter what happens in life, it is the strength of the spirit that will ensure survival. Thank you for showing me this is possible Calum. I wish you nothing but the best in life.
I think he jumped back on gear too early he seemed happier when he was just uploading again on youtube being off everything. Gear makes you more of what you currently are and how you feel. I hope it doesn't make him spiral or anything like that.
I'll never forget him posting the cliff with a poll of 'should i rappel? Yes or No?' I voted No so hard because I had a bad feeling about it...ever since then it was catastrophe after catastrophe, but I never stopped supporting! Calum Von Back 😎
@@babayaga8112when he post the first podcasts in March 2024 2-3 months ago he was still natural and talking about only trt ,and I think he should stick only to trt ..he went at least 4-5 months not training since is stem cell treatment in costa rica but ne have not heard wath was the results from that ...but yeah should stick to natural training only..you can see if he is on gear are not massive difference ...noticable
Calum is not the brightest kid in block but what's done is done, let's keep moving in life, I wish him the best and maybe find some good mentor in his life, to teach him some lessons, because obviously, like I said, not the brightest kid
he will never be back to where he was nor will he reach the heights of the potential he had - but that doesnt matter, what matters is hes happy in a good place and its nice to see him doing well!
@@s1dew1nd3r4actually bro you have no idea what his future holds. He could very well come back to his full potential and popularity. Only one to make a claim on what a person can or cannot do is God.
@s1dew1nd3r4 he can definitely get back to where he was, a little thing called muscle memory, also many bodybuilders peak in their late 30s and early 40s, just depends on his consistency and what he willing to run
Bro I remember watching calum in highschool I was skinny and hated school and everything and he introduced me to training and I’d watch his videos everyday and did what he did in the gym thank you for coming back brother blessed to have you man
Calum So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy. Rise my brother and forward yo go. 🙏
Words cannot express how much of a smile and excitement this post gave me! Brooklyn NY is happy to see you overcome the trials and tribulations you’ve endured… Great to see you back at it, take what’s yours!!!

Gald to see calum back, would love to see a video of him discussing PEDs and the awareness of it, i think it would benefit alot of people especially coming from him!
Man Calum. You have been my number one inspiration to getting into bodybuilding. 10 years ago. Love to see you doing good! I'm here for you coming back into the fitness space. Maybe come back into competing? Anyways if you do or don't I'm happy to see you back
I love you!!!! Following you since your first videos, when there was almost nothing on youtube about you except a few training videos of a young teenage Calum. Greetings from Germany!
Thanks for the inspiration Calum, I have been out of the gym for almost 2 years since my divorce and several of life's setbacks. People still think I train all the time even though I got small and am so weak, but tomorrow I'm back in it at 5 a.m., and I can't wait, LFG!
Been watching calums Vlogs for a long time. So glad he’s getting better and that he sees his own progress as well. I’ve been through some shit times too since the last time these videos were consistent. So for me it feels like I’m on this “new life” journey with Calum. 👍🤙
I remember watching your videos before going to the gym, when gym in Portugal was not popular! I always claimed you were the new zyzz. Thank you for your videos Calum
