The greatest act of leadership is mentoring. Greatness in leadership is not building, building but building people. The greatest accomplishment is succession. Failure to mentor a successor is the cancellation of your legacy. You live on in people. Jesus just invested in people. Jesus wants to live on forever through his believers. Success: movement, continuity and follow after.
