Grace Established The Law We Need Both, Praise The Mighty Name Of Yeshua

I’ve been a believer for over 40 years and have to learn this lesson about grace over and over again. I know it now, but I’m probably only a sermon away from loosing sight of God’s free gift. The same place that I laid down all my burdens and fears is where I pick them back up again. At church.

Rabbi, I just love the Lord! He has never failed to deliver the truth. This message came swiftly after a series of arguments, from yesterday. Folks were arguing back and forth about the commandments. It was stressful listening to "NO-YOU ARE WRONG and I AM RIGHT" These arguments have been going on in many communities, the subjects are also, many. Last night as I went to bed I just asked.. Lord help me understand this. His answer was eye opening. "Do these people know more than God"? Instantly the stress was removed. The arguments were silenced. A man is a man, and God is God. When you want the truth, ask the only One, that has that answer.

Thank you again Rabbi. Thank you for giving us something to consider and for ministering on a subject that so many others are afraid to even mention lately because it might make them "unpopular". Wouldn't that be wanting to please man more than wanting to please God!?! Go ahead and say it! "Works base salvation" needs to be addressed too. I've noticed it's been being discussed quite a bit lately. I learned from the Rabbi and others things that helped it to be put together that the law was sort of like the ark of the covenant it was inside of. The ark had a nice reflective surface like a mirror. And the law like that mirror could be used to show us ourselves and what condition we were in. Things that we were like and couldn't see without the mirror. To show us what we should strive to be like, but also to show us what we could never live up to. So we need Jesus so we can make it. I hope it helps those who might be being addressed on the works based salvation and that would be buying our salvation and who needs ministered to with a loving word that will help them to be blessed with conviction on the issue of understanding that no actions or ceremony or works any human can do will save them or make them righteous and cause them to be saved! Only faith! Believing! Only deciding that you truly believe that Jesus Yeshua Messiah is the Son of God and He died and took the punishment for our sins and resurrected will save you! Then after you are saved you will love Him for the ultimate gift and who He is so you will want to do things for Him! Like you will start to read to get to know Him and so you will know what He wants you to do. Then you will actually want to start to obey His commandments and do "works" for Him. But this comes AFTER you are already saved because you chose to truly believe! God told us that salvation is a GIFT to those who choose to believe. A gift is given freely. You can not work for a gift!! Because if you work for it then it's no longer a gift!! So no actions or works can save you! Please understand and don't be lost. Hope this helps. I love you all!

Jesus fulfilled the Law for us! Through His blood and mercy only! Even doing our very, very best it will NEVER be good enough. Our good works have to flow out from a saved life or they mean zilch.

As a grafted into the vine of my Savior, I am no longer a gentile or jew, but a citizen of the heavenly Israel, Yahshua is my High Priest and King. I am trying to rely on His Holy Spirit to overcome this flesh of sin that I live in, further more I am showing loving obedience to my Shepard by following His instructions for living, ( commandments) not for salvation, but because He asked me to.

Rabbi Schneider reminds me of the character in the person of Abraham, he's so full of joy and excitement and so on fire for the father and son Jesus! We are saved by faith and not by works! I believe from my experience the God will bring an opportunity to serve him by serving other people! But we're not the Fret and worry over not feeling that we are not working if we're not doing for the Lord! The Lord will bring it to us! I know that a lot of people say grace means favor, but what I've learned is anywhere in the Bible where the word grace is used you can interchange it with the love of God! We are saved by the love of God not by works! And I believe that the love of God was most exhibited through his son Jesus who came to show us who the father truly is in his son Jesus! Examples of the word grace; my grace is sufficient, or my love is sufficient! Grace be unto you, can also be said, love of God be unto you! It is all about the wonderful love of God and his forever outstretched and of love and forgiveness especially in his son Jesus!

Thank you Rabbi, I’ve listened to other messianic rabbi’s that I have enjoyed there initial teachings, but then latter became confused as they were also preaching strict adherence to law. Just felt through the Holy Spirit that something was not quite right. The Word you are presenting is a true blessing.

The works based righteous standard is still being taught in our churches, Brother. That is how it is relevant to Gentiles. ❤️ The last church I attended still openly stated their mission was to strive for and achieve “perfection”. And they made short work of welcoming me.😊

I have been getting increasingly flustered and worried because I have been asking God what I should do and it feels like i dont get an answer. And what Rabbi said about "If im not doing this, God is mad at me" sounds just like me. Now I think I know what to do and that is just be still and know He is God. Ill have to think on this more. ...without overthinking as I do all the time.

Rabbi, thank you for sharing your knowledge of the Covenant with Israel and how it relates to me and the Covenant of Jesus Christ. I have such a hard time with the idea of works based salvation because so much of it is buried in the practices of the modern church. It is such a small group of Christians that actually follow a true Grace based salvation. I have a hard time understanding that I am chosen by God from before time and that my sins are covered all of them. I am so eternally grateful we are not saved through our own righteousness, I come up far short. Only through the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ and his righteousness to I stand any chance of salvation.

If we continue practicing sin then we are still under the law but if we are Spirit led then we are free from sin and death and we are not under the law. I understand that we no longer need to keep the Mosaic law because that was nailed to the cross and it was against us. But I still keep the law that was written in my heart ❤, the 10 Commandments. For the Mosaic laws had to be fulfilled to cleanse the sinners through sacrifice. I keep the Sabbath (Saturday) because God said "Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy. The 10 Commandments were placed before the Mosaic laws. Am I now not to follow those either? I don't think so. Please clarify if I'm wrong Lovingly in Christ my Savior

I've got to say I enjoy listening to Snyder but at times his messages are quite confusing preaching that you're totally under grace which of course The Bible says but then the scripture(as well as snyder)talks about a people who's whose lips draw close but their hearts are far from Him, and that those who say they love God and don't keep his commandments are liars and the truth is not in them. I know the scripture says both and it seems so contradictory but of coarse its not but then its truly a fine line to walk cause we know your faith without your work is dead and that we dont know scripture perfectly either
