This group was created based on burlesque dancers with strong choreography. Nicole is the main vocalist.... but PCD wouldn’t be as successful as they were any one of those girls were missing. And Nicole has the strongest vocals tbh.. she can sing and dance without going out of tune. The other girls are excellent dancers.
I feel like this performance showed all of the girls vocal abilities. Like you can see times when Nicole wasn’t singing you can see the other girls singing and harmonizing without Nicole singing
I usually don't like live performances because I am so used to the CD or recorded version but the melody in this and the way the voices flow together at certain times (ex. 1:15) is amazing. I miss them..
I always thought that sounds Nicole makes with her voice was an instrument other than a voice. This is the only time I think the other girls were singing live!
She was recruited as a singer for PCD. Melody puts effort into her dancing but I wouldn't say that she a top dancer in PCD like Carmit/Kimberly/Jessica/Ashley
I still cant believe how nicole danced like this and didn't get out of breath! Melody with those adlibs wow and all the girls giving 200% with that choreo
She had that body because she was anorexic and bulimic at that time 🤣🤣 so.. be careful what ya wish. Unless you want bulimia and anorexia, in that case.. oh?
@@MasonThomas_yt she was bulimic back then because of the pcd image, look at her now at 42 and she still have that amazing body,even better because it is more toned now.
Nicole may be doing all of the vocals, the arrangement, and everything, (mad respect for that) but the rest of the PCD contribute to the visuals, although Nicole is and ever shall be the prettiest, and they are awesome dancers.
Christina Aguilera is maybe the biggest inspiration for Melody... there is a video where Melody was shooting some photos and for the event she started to sing "Hurt"... the difference is that Xtina is the N°1, and she got that raw and dirty voice that nobody else has ;-)
I named my daughter Nicole it's lovely to see they are all back again I will be going with my daughter to see them she looks good and they all can dance they are perfect lol 😁
