@@michaelanderson5016 that's why they replaced her as the lead, you need to watch their debut performance MTV ASIA 2004, her version of I hate this part, their performance of A whole lotta love, AMA, her solo at MOSCOW.... she can't be the lead 'cause she ruins every song!
Back in the day, this was my favourite track of PCD (album). I liked Don't Cha and I Don't Need A Man a lot, but not as much as this one. Then I got hooked with Buttons, and still am. I'm glad they're back (even without Melody).
their group wouldn't even be a Diana Ross and The Supremes-like group, because Nicole is doing the lead AND background vocals. It would just be Diana Ross and Diana Ross, sadly.
@@KRSonbe melody and Carmit sang live. In the studio it was all Nicole except for the runs that melody added. Ron fair and Nicole both said she sang 95 percent. The only thing she didn’t sing were melodys runs and ad libs
@@natcipnot only that, you can clearly hear Carmit on backgrounds in Stickwitu, Buttons, I Don’t Need a Man, Beep, Right Here, Don’t Cha, We Went as Far as We Felt Like Going, etc.
@@jamrayharris9650 I don't care lol. Mel sounds terrible she's pitchy and all over the place. She sounds like a child screaming literally. Nicole on the other hand can really song and sounds grown and sexy
They had moments where they actually acted like a real girl group, which made the sole focus on Nicole that much more frustrating because we got to see glimpses of what could have been.
I think its cool that their taking these classic songs and putting their own spin on them mad cool cant wait to hear their version of another one rides the bus and tainted love.
Literally all these years later, I never knew that was Carmit singing the “gotta have your hot stuff gotta have your love tonight”, also, where’s Kimberley 🤔
All these girls have been in pcd for a very long time, Kimberly, Ashley, Jessica and Carmit the longest- they have been there since the start. Nicole is the "newest" of them!
+Kim Williams the problem is that she was very judged on PCD times. People stopped accompanying her to think negative things about it. No one seeks to know the PCD history.
+Navarrio Smith um, yeah, like two lines, they all seem like nicole back up dancers.... and occasionally back up vocals, and that's not what being in a group is all about
