It would be interesting to see a comparison between the quad 450 conversion and an actual trx 450R

This kit is absolutely amazing guys. Super impressed with how simple it seems to all just slot together with no stress on anything.

This kit is super trick and very well thought out. A guy (or girl) could assemble this with simple hand tools on the garage floor. May we see a retro red white and blue Fourtrax 250R ? I think it would be sacrilege if you didn't. Another bad ass machine from BVC I dig it !

I’m a dirt bike guy that’s never owned a 3-wheeler or Quad but after watching many of your straight up awesome builds ...you’ve seriously made me want one. ...or 2. Huge respect for the company you’ve built!!!!

I love the quad kits and this vid showed basically how they work. Simple and strong. You guys should make your own brand of a arms for the main models just pls make them semi affordable like Alba & Full Flight and make them gull wing. Can't believe how much u make in house as it it. Keep it up!!

The shocks are TCS suspension--I have some on my 03 Raptor. They are a great mid level shock. They might not have all the adjustments of a Custom Axis or Elka, but when valved correctly they work great. They are no longer in the ATV business, though.

Pretty dam awesome your bringing back sport quads…love it. Your fab work & attention to detail are impressive. I can’t wait to see testing & how it compares to a 450r. One mod I see may be necessary is a larger fuel tank. Looks like your still using the dirt bike tank which are smaller. Prob burn through that small tank in no time. Anyway…great job man, love the new quad…by the way…35‘s not old…lol

It seems to be geared a little too tall, other than that looks like you have designed and fab'd an awesome conversion kit very cool. You obviously spent a great deal of time and energy on not only rigidity and liability but made sure the aesthetics are there as well. Definitely doesn't look like a butchered Frankenstein thrown together cluster f. Well done my friend.

I can't believe that most manufacturers aren't making quads. It doesn't make sense. Sxs's can't go where quads and bikes go around here. Trails aren't built for sxs's, just roads

When I did mine I just used the trx frame and moved the motor mounts, using stock trx radiator and fan

No more bent steering stems I say that's a plus. I would love a 300 2 stroke.

This needs to happen on the big bore ktms. 500, 690, etc. Those would be monsters. Or even doing it on 250s. I know a lot of younger racers are taking 450s and 400s and swapping in 250 motors for racing divisions.

Old school TCS dual rates. I ran a set of total control suspension triple rates in the early 200’s before LCC hooked me up with the custom axis setup

Looks mint man! I can’t wait to see how it compares to not just the YFZR but also the YFZ/YZ hybrids from RP and the Walsh CRF/LTR hybrids. I know Walsh is working on a KTM 300 hybrid but I do believe is based off his hybrid chassis. I’d love to what you guys can come up with!

A KTM300 quad would be awesome!!! If you build it, they will come. It would have great power and light weight. Thanks for bringing back sport quads. The MFGs have really dropped the ball.

When I was a kid some of the guy's my dad rode with had some ATC250R's converted to quads.

Seeing a Husky or KTM 300 conversion would be pretty badass. I've always wondered how that engine would do in quad. Would be cool seeing a first ever Husqvarna quad.

Then when I was 13 a new 1983 185s was under the tree & I was a Super Lord with 2&half inches of front travel..!!! I’d love to Honda or yamaha to come out with a dual sport quad. Can’t be any more difficult than the dual sport motorcycles they make. Honda already has a 250L and 450L so all the R&D is basically done. Feel like they’d be extremely popular

This, plus your CR500 conversion swapped in, or better yet, a Zabel 700cc 2t or actually , a Panthera Motorsports PM07 548cc 2t that makes 102hp and 72ft-lbs of torque, has electric and kick start, and has the same bolt pattern as a TRX450....that equals the absolute nastiest Fourtrax known to man 👌😅

Who knows am I right killer might be a killer idea for paraplegics that want to get out and ride being on a three-wheeler you know you really got to throw your weight into the thing to try to not keep it from flipping but with two front tires and your feet locked in might be a little more stable for them

Design and build a center radiator so it has 3 and cools much better….add a fan.

They make a 450.... You make a stock 475... They make a 500 you go 550💪💪 Braaap

How is the cooling on this?. Most sport quads have central front mounted radiators with fans. Vs shroud style. I wonder how the air flow is. Super sick build

What would be the total cost for the complete quad? You have to have a good dirt bike to start with then add the conversion kit, then all of the other parts, fenders, a arms shocks etc. probably be around $14k total.
