They've been around for a while, since the late 1940s I think. It does everything I need to do, small stuff, which is all I have to do. Thats its limitation, not much horsepower and small stuff. But fairly accurate and true for most work when its set up right, down to about 2/10,000th. inch.
@@LarryOdham He's used it off and on for small projects over the years and it's always served him well. I know he's got some extra goodies for it, including a 4-jaw chuck, a few turning tool holders, drill chuck, and gearset.
@@BB.......... One thing I wish I had is a tool post circular grinder attachment and the diamond dressing post. I don't think one was made for this model.
