The Queen’s beloved 24-year-old horse Emma has made headlines as she stopped and watched Her Majesty’s cortege pass by on its way to Windsor Castle where she was farewelled for the last time.
Animals have a sense that no human can have. It's touching to see Emma raise her leg as if she bowing to say goodbye. Animals grieve too. I do hope Queen Elizabeths animals have a wonderful life full of the love the queen have them.
That horse could give zero fucks about her funeral. She doesn’t care and most likely had flies on her leg or was bored and started to paw the ground. Horses can’t bow unless professionally trained to and I highly doubt the queen would get someone to train her horses to do tricks. Sure they can feel sympathy and mourn but they don’t know what a bow is and j the definition of one or how to perform a bow. It’s just a coincidence
@@brettwalters-n4u okay babe, if you want to believe a horse lifting it’s leg up in the air magically because no other horse in the entire world has lifted their leg out of boredom. You do that girly pop
Everything about the way they did things for the Queen WAS beyond spectacular, the path of flowers and the lone horse brought a tear to the eye. Fly high and free Fair Lady.
Emma with her grace and beauty reminding us of her owner. Putting her leg up it blew you away. The corgis were so cute and it was heart warming to see them. Hopefully, Emma and the corgis are well taken care of by someone who will love them.
From the US. The proceedings were touching as it was. But Emma, Sandy, and Mick really hit the hardest. Praying that Louise and Andrew will draw close to them.
I'm pretty sure that P. Andrew will take great care of the Corgis. He visited his mother often so he knew them and loved his mother dearly and was her favourite. If Lady Louise gets Emma she too will take care and love her. She broke down when seeing her grandmother's coffin and they were close from what I've heard. 🐕🐴
@Irelands eye 🇮🇪 I was just letting her know what I think. Of course, her children and her grandchildren loved her so I believe they knew these animals and will take care of them. I didn't say anything about her caring for her subjects.
@@linda6987 no I believe the two corgis should stay together under Andrew care as he will have plenty free times to nurture them, and also he gifted our Queen with them so there is a poignant meaning behind it. It will be cruel to split them as they are siblings!
It’s always those who provide unconditional love to us, they never give up on us. The pony and the dogs won’t understand where she’s gone. They will need support to replace that missing love and care from the queen
Animals are better than some humans. They only know love and kindness and will never hurt those who fed them. Hope they continue to get the love and care that they deserve till the end.
Of all the images viewed by billions of people around the world, the moment of Emma lifting her foreleg as her rider passes by is unforgettable. Human relationships aside, the bond between animals and their owners is deeply moving.
From the US, this video broke my heart and the tears started flowing. From many videos I've watched the Queen loved her precious fur babies. But to see Emma, Sandy and Muick tore me apart. I'm sure they will be taken care of very well. But they will miss their mom, the beautiful Queen also. Rest in peace Queen Elizabeth.
They cut the video a second short. Emma crossed that lifted leg behind the other leg. She curtsyed! Also the head/neck was just about to go down. Then you sadly don't get no good camera angle anymore of it. And rewinding many times Emma did it on her own. The groomer gave no commando by hands, feet or or mouth. I will be crying for years on these images... 😣😖😥😢😭
May emma sandy muick and the rest of the queens pets be adored, comforted and we'll taken care of from here on out. These fur babies lost their mama and are grieving also. Emma with the queens saddle and headscarf did it for me. God bless them all.
Do you think the horse knows she is gone? I know of a man that had many bees he took very good care of and to everyone's amazement they all flew to his grave in mass. Stayed for awhile then went back. So I just wonder how much a horse understands
Do you know, horses make the most amazing therapy animals. They are much smarter than we often credit them. Do I think Emma knows? Probably. The dogs will definitely know as they were always with her. It’s not just us humans that mourn. But, horses are much more in tune with our emotions than we know. ❤
How fittingly beautiful and very emotional that our late gracious Majesty the Queen's horse Emma and her corgis Muick and Sandy were present to bid farewell to her!
So many beautiful moments as I've watched this all week. Her Corgies.Emma..the birds flying over her casket..the rainbow just before she passed and so much more. Rest in Eternal Peace Queen Elizabeth.
So touching seeing '' EMMA '' lift her leg as HER MAGESTYS coffin went by.. Brought a tear to me and many I'm sure.. Nothing like animals to tug at heart strings💔 🐎🕊️⭐👑💫✨@her doggies sooo sad they will miss her for sure 🐕💫💔🐕😥

Being someone in australia and seeing Emma and the queens corgis any time i see an Equine make a movement like she did i Bawled my eyes out having horses and ponies myself i know of the bond and the queen was a great lover of equine and dogs
D White here, this is not Anton: It was Emma & the corgis that did it for me, also. Britain was Magnificent on Monday. God Comfort Emma, Muick, Sandy, The BRF, Britain, The UK, & The Commonwealth.
My composure slipped the moment I spotted Emma. Everything over the 10 days of mourning moved me, but it was Emma and the Corgis, Muick and Sandy, that brought me to my knees. xx
Rising Sun was Elvis’ favorite Golden Palomino, and when he came to live at Graceland in the mid-1960s (but born in 1961), the stable was named “House of Rising Sun.” Rising Sun enjoyed a full life of roaming Graceland’s pastures for 21 years, until his death in 1986. He was buried facing the rising sun in the east. After the loss of Rising Sun, another Palomino Quarter Horse, Sun’s Reflection, was brought to Graceland in 1988. Both Sun’s Reflection and Rising Sun came from the same bloodlines and were purchased from the same farm. Sun’s Reflection lived for 27 years, but died at Graceland on August 14, 2009, just two days before the anniversary of Elvis’ death, August 16. Ever since this last horse in 2009 House of Rising Sun has been a Horse Rescue where rescued race horses, rescued wild Mustags and any horse in between can finish out there life grazing on the pastures with the benefit of top knotch Healthcare of University of Tennessee 🥰💝🇺🇲🐎🐴 Elvis LOVED ALL ANIMALS he would be SO PROUD!!!
Thank you.. Such an AMAZING story to hear. No wonder Elvis was my 1st love from the 1st time I saw him at age 10. Love from Cape Town South Africa. 🐬🐧🐳
I understand the sentiment but I believe Emma is 26, elderly for a horse. Care for her and let her live out the rest of her life in green pastures. We can imagine she will rejoin the Queen in heaven someday.
Emma the pony and Sandy with Muick took my heart and made my tears flow. No matter the circumstance the queen was a good woman. Rest In Peace ma’am. Job Well Done.
i am so moved by this stunningly beautiful tribute to a wonderful woman. To see that she was an animal lover, shows what a kind and caring person she was. It’s hard to believe, but i absolutely adored Diana. But the queens passing has made me much sadder. Im sorry it took me so long to understand just how great a lady she was. To see her laugh and joke was so much fun. May you rest in peace beside Philip, and all the Corgis and horses that you loved so much
0:28 Emma did curtsey. The Queen loved the sight of Balmoral Gates. Google what happened apparently five minutes after the Queen passed, the gates........ opened
She was a great woman a great leader The woman who loved people tradition and animals We lost Someone in this world Won’t be the same even if I am not English ❤ peace to her and her relatives
Yes, Emma and the corgis broke my heart but the removal of the scepter, and the crown from the Queens' coffin brought home the reality that she is truly gone. Even across the pond, she has been admired by me my whole life. I will miss her greatly.💔
I thought I had cried all I could over the last few days, but Emma's tribute was truly magnificent. It made me think of one of my favorite poems out of the "Lord of the Rings" by JRR Tolkien (paraphrased): "Where is the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing? They have passed like rain on the mountain, like wind in the meadow. The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow."
I saw this with a pony and knowing her love of horses made me cry...what a wonderful tribute for her majesty...I basically cry most of the day watching the percedeings....I'm loss for her passing...all I remember is a kind..honest..loyal..dutiful ...wonderful monarch...none shall surpass....bless you for your service..love of country...R.I.P. dear lady.
Thank you Sky News Australia for sharing this. Our Danish commentators did not notice the pony😮 the comment was “there are some peoble there ?.for me it was the most iconic and emotionel moment of the Day.
Very beautiful, touching tribute to see Emma the horse and Her Majesty's Corgies paying their last respects to Queen Elizabeth ll. Her Majesty will always be loved, remembered and respected and adored by millions of people around the world. May Her Majesty Rest in Peace.
I had the pleasure to meet Terry with Monty Robert's a few years ago at the Royal Agricultural College. They were filming Monty for QED a BBC programme. He sat and talked with us and Monty it was truly one of the best evenings I ever had. Terry thanku for bringing Emma and Ithanku for being a fantastic friend to our Queen. I know u and Monty will be grieving and I wish u both well. Again thankyou for that special evening. I had tears flowing when I saw Emma
I am so glad that these special animal companions of the Queen were included in the funeral arrangements. God gave us animals to delight in. They give us so much in return. Not a dry eye here😢
This is so heartbroken to see them without the owner but they still have people's to take care and love them around ..my worst and heartbreak feelings are for all those pets without someone to look after or love after the owner dies..😞😞😞
I,m not real sure how people feel but I love my animals, We have cried over the ones we have had to put down that is the hardest thing you ever have to do if you have true love. The one we now have she is wonderful a part of our life,🐾🐾 give us comfort and ask for nothing in return and can make you laugh and enjoy life.PS Husky I think smarter than us!
I love the flora tributes from the public on either sides to greet our beloved Queen on her homecoming. Her pony standing with her trainer and her majesty scarf on her saddles paying tribute to its beloved owner was very honourable and very humbling well thought act of loyalty and kindness. It was a tear jerking moment sending a shiver down my spine. On reflection you truly don't understand the love you feel for someone until they are really gone from your life. May our Lord grant our Queen with eternal peace alongside her strength and stay.
Animal know and understand she realized why she was there and why she was waiting and when the queen went by she lifted her leg and much to say her farewell I hope they take good care of her until she passes someday she's a beautiful horse I love horses she is very unique both the queen and her horse and her dogs. God bless them all.
