Trauma, Broken Core, now this All 3 broke any of my expectations of what Emma's music is grounded to, they're all so powerful in wildly different ways (amongst just sounding incredible)
i'm listening to this album all the way through for the first time, most of these songs are totally first listens....so when Up and Over and Out started playing i had an accidental nostalgia trip becuase i know that song so well from listening to it on Figurehead Remastered so many times lol. Great album, The Queenstons just rock!
@@barbiemcmann THATS NOT TRUE LMAO emma uses her own voice, its just usually vocoded or autotuned but theres some of them that dont use it (like nonreality? i think)
What Matters really hit, both since it's very good, and I ended up associating this album with the first Owls of Ga'Hoole book pretty quickly (as the general feel sort of fit to me, though I'm excited to attempt to learn what it's story actual is) "Don't let opportunities slip away Take all you can and feel no greed We're in a place where sinning is on our side And it feels so free Mend the cracks and suture injuries with your beliefs The summer's burnt us up now let's regale in the autumn breeze The winter freezes us and spring will make us better But right now is what matters" ^These lyrics fit so well
anyone else think Nails kinda feels a bit like Granite..? i think they came out the same year, and In Silico has some bangers so i wouldnt be surprised if some inspiration was had lol
On the top of the Lapfox page there's a link to a shared folder containing lots of old releases. This album is there too: www.mediafire.com/folder/aw5h7ynp4apm1/VULPVIBE_DISCOGRAPHY
