The Racist Flight Attendant's Discriminatory Behavior Costs Her Job

Update: the flight attendant was fired for her prejudice and racist behavior. She tried suing for wrongful termination only to lose. She also went viral because another passenger recorded the entire confrontation on video and it blew up. She later had to move back in with her parents because she couldn't get another job on any airline. She's now stuck working as a dishwasher in a local restaurant

If someone can't treat everyone with decency and respect, then maybe they shouldn't have gotten a job as a cabin crew member, waiter/waitress or hotel staff!

Passenger was busy talking with family when this Attendant reminded him to end and put on Airplane. While his compliance was great, she racially profiled the nice Afro-American and wasn't pleased she was still on the phone. There was no trouble, except maybe for the attendant denying the nice lady the hot water for the tea. Inconsideration was etched inside the veins, the attendant will be fired really soon if HR hears of it!!! Supermission Squad, we know that kindness is given and respect not randomly due!! This must end, behavior problem is not accepted!!!

This this is funny? I think not! Play games on the job, and you see how far you get. When people ask that they don't know what I am talking about, they know damn well what I am talking about. Although they may be actors, but this shows that when you work for the pubic, you don't ever mistreat anyone because of their race, religion, sex, or even handicap. What the flight attendent did was just downright stupid. She thought it was funny to discriminate against a black passenger. And towards the end, she sounded like if she had a right to stereotype or discriminate. The reason why I block is not just to be mean to others is that I show respect for those who are flying and I don't like it when people make fun out of this.

I suppose it's better that Passengers should pick beverages as selfservices It may help reducing time and labour of cabin attendants Much better to serve beverages especially hot drinks in plastic bottles with screw caps Recently turbulences occur fairly often Bottles or cups with caps can help reduce damages caused by turbulences

The black female passenger could clearly hear exactly what the employee requested the other passenger ,sitting close to her, to do. So, basically the black female is being inconsiderate and rude. Her telephone conversation should have ended at the same time the other passenger's telephone conversation ended. And since the rule is most likely common knowledge in the airline industry both of the passengers are rude and disorderly. Their telephone conversations should have been completed before boarding the aircraft.

The male passenger,in my opinion, was very disruptive. He should not have been on his mobile telephone at all. And specifically there is a specific time the employees serve food on a commercial flight. His request for another drink to me was uncalled for and inappropriate. As for his comments about the employee's behavior he should have emailed them in to the appropriate department after the flight had landed. He is causing a disturbance,just like the black female passenger. If he was acting like an adult himself he could have most likely recorded the flight attendant' s actions with a body camera and then emailed his complaint in to the appropriate airline department. His behavior was also harsh and rude. He should wait until the aircraft is safely on the ground and then voice his opinion to the appropriate department.

Clearly the black passenger should have been kicked off for her rude behavior and the flight attendant should have been rehired
