Osamu, very well done, I play a little octave mando and bouzouki, just to accompany vocals, but this is pretty damn high-level stuff. To be honest, I prefer this sound over the guitar, and very well played in the spirit in which the song was mean to. Thumbs up!

It has to be the most inspiring song on Irish Bouzouki i have seen (with respect to all the fine jigs and reels I have been able to learn thanks to all the great traditional posts). Page uses some non conventional tunings on his guitars. Rain Song was recorded using a non-standard guitar tuning. Kashmir actually used DADGAD - and most irish and greek bouzoukis are tuned DGAD. Both great songs - I am sure there is someone out there with a Bouzouki version of Kashmir

I play, sing & perform this song and have for many years. I thought this was really cool, but what happened at the end there? Is it not possible to pull the ending off more accurately with this instrument? Going by the rest of the song, I would think that it is possible, but I don't know this instrument. He jumped into a different key at the end.
