Cannot wait for that glorious day when we are caught up in the twinkling of an eye. Can you imagine the praise and worship around the throne right now with all of our relatives who have gone on before us? The Lord gave me a vision recently and I don't know why; maybe I was wondering. He showed me that I was lying down, my eyes were closed. But another "me" rose up from that body. It looked like the me that was lying down. So my spirit was leaving my body in this vision, yet I looked the same. Hopefully, the Lord will change this new "look" quickly! I'd rather look a bit better.

For I know that my Redeemer lives , and that He shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: And though after my body is decayed, yet in my flesh shall I see GOD. Job 19: 24 - 25

Thank you Pastor Skip!! I use to be a part of SDA growing up, my family left that all behind and I had to search the word of God myself to find the truth of the pre trib rapture 😊 so thankful. Unfortunately the church I now go to is studying the book of revelation and I was shocked that my Pastor is teaching that there is no rapture or post trib.. my heart sank… all the things you said about those who believe the rapture is a new idea 💡 s what is being taught. Nothing being taking literal in the book of revelation. I use this scripture to comfort patients families who are believers losing a loved one and for patients who have terminal illness and are frightened. Their faces light up and a smile comes onto their faces. Sometimes the Holy Spirit leads me to ask them if they want to pray or have me pray with them. It’s a beautiful thing. Jesus Christ comforts us. God is the Father of all comfort. Because I have experienced a lot of loss, I am even more empathetic to the family that are losing their loved ones.

Beloved of Christ, when the Bible uses "us" and "we' it is referring to His "Elect", those chosen from before the foundation of the world (Eph 1:4) and given to the Son (Jn 6:39), with their names written into the "Lamb's Book of Life" from the foundation of the world (Rev 13:8, 17:8). While all the Elect are believers, not all believers will be saved (Mt 7:21-23). Furthermore, only the "Elect" are born from above (Jn 3:3), and given eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts to understand (Is 6:10, Jer 5:21, Mt 13:15). Moreover, only "His Elect" will be gathered from out of the extremities of heaven and earth with a "Great Trumpet" (Mt 24:31), during "The Last Day" (Jn 6:39-40,44-54), after the sun and moon have been darkened and the stars fall (Mt 24:29).

It's sad that varying views of the rapture divides the church. It is not a salvation issue so it shouldn't cause such drama and divisiveness.

The "Blessed Hope" (Titus 2:13) is not a "Pre-Tribulation" Rapture-Rescue (as many teach) Our Blessed Hope" is our resurrection with an imperishable body.

WHEN IS THE RAPTURE / RESURRECTION? In Revelation 20:4-6 the last book of the Bible there are only 2 more FUTURE Resurrections (Raptures) spoken of: (after the 2 witnesses appear) 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the FIRST RESURRECTION. or rapture 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the FIRST RESURRECTION: on such the SECOND DEATH hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. In the above scriptures, these are the Martyrs. John said "this is the first resurrection." John didn't say this is the "second phase of the first resurrection," as pre-tribbers claim. If this is the FIRST resurrection, can there be a resurrection before this one? Of course not, unless you want to ADD to the bible which is forbidden! The First Resurrection is of the dead in Christ and the Second is after 1000 years. Paul wrote that the Dead in Christ MUST rise FIRST, THEN we who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 16 ...and the dead in Christ shall RISE FIRST 17 THEN we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them... In Rev. 20:4-5, John sees the souls of Saints who were BEHEADED for refusing the Mark of the Beast during the Great Tribulation. John writes that they will rise and reign with Christ for 1000 years and that this is the FIRST RESURRECTION! If according to John, the beheaded rise in the FIRST resurrection and Paul said those who are alive and remain are not caught up until AFTER the dead in Christ are resurrected, then this means the catching up or rapture takes place AFTER tribulation! Now compare the above with 1 CORINTHIANS 15:20-23: 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first-fruits of those who slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; AFTERWARDS THOSE WHO ARE CHRIST'S AT HIS COMING. Notice only one resurrection of the dead in Christ is mentioned here! Which, according to Paul in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 must take place BEFORE we who are alive and remain are "caught up" with them! When did Jesus say the dead in Christ would be resurrected? John 6:39-40: Jesus said, "This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up ON THE LAST DAY. John 6:44: Jesus said, "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up ON THE LAST DAY." Is the LAST DAY the thousand year reign of Christ? I believe so....then it is eternity and time is counted no more So if Jesus himself said the dead in Christ will be raised on the LAST DAY, and Paul said we who are alive and remain will not be caught up (raptured) until AFTER the dead are raised, then where does secret pre-trib rapture fit in? Paul in 1 Corinthians 15:52 - In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the LAST TRUMP last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. We are changed at the LAST TRUMP and where is this found? In REVELATION, the LAST BOOK of the Bible there are 7 trumps and the 7th trump is the LAST ONE and is at the END end of the tribulation. there is not a 7th last trump prior to the tribulation.

All those asleep are in the grave. Cant have it both ways. Lazarus heard His voice say come forth, not come down. Why is it so hard to accept that we rest in peace, in our graves until the Lord comes for us? The dead in Christ will rise 1st. That means they're not in heaven yet. Noone has put on in corruption not have been changed yet. Double talk. He went to heaven in his earthly body the same as us. Only a handful met with the Lord in heaven. Where are they staying if he,s preparing a place in His father's house & will then return for us. It makes no sense.

Soul at all We ARE a soul. NO such thing as a separate spiritual part that exists separate from the body Basically. I'm sure this fellow is a very nice man. At no time in his presentation does he mention the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When the disciples came to Jesus and asked him about the end times the very first thing he says to them is, do not be deceived. Jesus also says, those that endure till the end will be saved. Read and study the gospel and don't be deceived by charlatans that twist the words of the Apostles. The word rapture is not in the Bible. The word rapture is derived from Latin when the original text was in Greek. Jesus comes one time and that is Judgement Day

Beloved by Christ, there is only one coming or appearing of Christ yet to occur. The noun, "Coming" is always singular when speaking of this event, OT (Mal 3:2), or NT (Mt 24:3, 27,37,39, 1Cor 15:23, 1Th 2:19, 3:13, 4:15, 5:23, 2Th 2:1, 2:3, James 5:7-8, 2Tim 2:1, 2Pet 1:16, 3:4, 1Jn 2:28). Moreover the noun "appearing" is also always singular, when referring to this event (2Th 2:8, 1Tim 6:14, 2Tim 1:10, 2:4:1,9, Titus 2:13). Read and trust your Bible, lest you become deceived by false Bible teachers who make a good living, tickling the ears of those with itching ears (2Tim 4:3), by teaching a " Pre-Tribulation" Rapture-Rescue. Any Rapture-timing theory that requires two comings is contradicted by the Bible, and hence, must be false. The truth is: "The living....will never precede the fallen-asleep [dead]" (1Th 4:15), particularly, those whom Jesus promised to resurrect within "The Last Day" (Jn 6:39-40,44,54). Hence, the Rapture of the living, must occur after the dead in Christ are raised (1Th 4:16), during the one and only "Resurrection of the Righteous" (Lk 14:14), at "The Last Trumpet" (1Cor 15:52), which Jesus called the "Great Trumpet" (Mt 24:31), which will be heard only after the sun and moon are darkened and the stars fall (Mt 24:29) during the "Last Day", elsewhere called "The Day of The LORD" (2Th 2:2) a day, like none other (Jer 30:7), a unique day, without light, except at even-time (Zech 14:6-7), when every eye will see Christ coming with (and upon) the clouds of heaven (Rev 1:7, Mt 24:30), shortly before the wicked are judged and destroyed, within the wine-press of the Wrath of God (Rev 19:15), shortly before the present heavens and earth will be burned-up with intense heat (2Pet 3:10-12), during a day like none other (Jer 30:7).

So we have perfect uncorruptable bodies, we live forever and we have powers so we are basically gods just like the Mormons say. Hmm

I am sorry but the woman in Rev 12:1-6 is the church. Revelation 12:1 "Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars." Theologians ignore the clue that identifies the woman and that is the moon under her feet. The moon is defined in Genesis 1:16: "Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also." The greater light that rules the Day represents God ruling the Kingdom of Light. The lesser light that rules the night represents satan as the Ruler of the Kingdom of Darkness. The moon reflecting the Sun's light represents satan imitation of God's works. The stars represent the angels. Revelation 12:3-4 "And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads. His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born." Revelation 12:9 "So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." The 1/3 of the stars that the dragon took with him are defined in v. 9 as the angels that rebelled with him. So we see that the moon, which represents satan, is under her feet. What does it mean to be under the feet? Joshua 10:24 So it was, when they brought out those kings to Joshua, that Joshua called for all the men of Israel, and said to the captains of the men of war who went with him, “Come near, put your feet on the necks of these kings.” And they drew near and put their feet on their necks." We see this in Joshua which is a reference to the act of military defeat of laying the enemy captives down and putting their foot on their necks. Romans 16:20 says that God is going to bring satan under our feet. Romans 16:20 "And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen." satan was not conquered until Jesus died and rose from the dead. At that time Jesus gave the believers/the Church power and authority to defeat the enemy satan. This is found in Luke 10:19: Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." The Church today represents the Bride of Christ being prepared. Revelation 21:9-10 "Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God," The Church is not the New Jerusalem yet; but, she is in preparation to be Christ's Bride. The only woman that has satan under her feet is the Church. Neither Israel nor Mary in OT time under Moses' law and the Old Covenant had satan defeated and under her feet. Therefore, neither one could be the woman giving birth to the baby. Who is the baby? Theologians believe that because the baby will rule the nations that it must be Christ. Rev 2:27 "and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father." So, we see from Jesus' promise to the Thyatira church that the overcomers will rule and reign with Jesus. The baby is the overcomers that the church has been pregnant with for 2000 years. Jesus has two burdens and they are two core themes of Revelation besides judgement: 1. Salvation of souls. 2. The maturing of the saved. In the letters to the churches, Jesus rebukes them for sins that hold them back from maturing. At the end of each letter, He tells them what rewards wait for those that overcome. With a television you don't have to be supernatural. God prefer that because it's more social but we have to use it correctly. Right now we have anarchy blindness. Despite the anarchy blindness I figured it out. That proves we can be God like. Only a person getting crucified would suspect something greater. Matthew 24:29-31 "Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days... will send his angels to gather the elect..." Those that do not believe these words of Jesus will not go in the rapture. Pastor SKIP HEITZIG, Why are you Being a Deceiver on Eschatology ?? As 1.Thess.4:15, declares that; ..."We that are Alive and Remain, Shall Not 'PRECEDE' those who are ASLEEP !!" ( the "DEAD IN CHRIST", who will "RISE FIRST", verse 16 ) Then in verse 17, we are told, that; ..." We the Living, the ones SURVIVING" ( the Tribulation, as per the Greek Text ) "Will be CAUGHT-UP Together with THEM". ( these "DEAD In CHRIST" that will "RISE FIRST" ) And the Apostle PAUL, in 1.Cor.15:50-52, tells us that; "No RESURRECTION and Subsequent Rapture" is Possible for us "Flesh and Blood" humans, Until we get to that ONE-TIME EVENT, in which we will be "CHANGED" from Mortality to that of Immortality !! As The Apostle PAUL Said, that we "Flesh and Blood" LIVING Human beings, "CANNOT INHERIT the Kingdom of GOD" !! ( 1.Cor.15:50 ) And This "CHANGE", ( verse 51-52 ) Cannot HAPPEN, until we get to the VERY END of the TRIBULATION, As this "ONE-TIME EVENT" of "Being CHANGED", WILL Have to INCLUDE EVERY Possible SAINT !! That means that ALL The "Tribulation MARTYRS" 'Must be INCLUDED' in this "CHANGE", from MORTALITY To that of IMMORTALITY, which then determines an End of Tribulation Time-Line for All the "Martyrs" to be Included !! "The Day of the LORD", the day of the Lord's coming (2Th 2:1-2) will not occur unless the apostasy occurs first and the Man of "Lawlessness/Sin is revealed (2Th 2:3). Moreover, the sun and moon must be darkened first (Act 2:20). Accordingly, the day of The Lord''s coming is neither imminent, nor "Pre-Tribulation", as many (including Skip) have been falsely teaching and deceiving millions of trusting listeners.
